Claims (5)
- 고분자 전해질 막(112) 및 상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)의 양쪽 면에 각각 접합되는 양극(114) 및 음극(116)으로 구성된 막-전극 접합체(110)와, 상기 막-전극 접합체(110)의 양쪽 면에 결합되어 연료 및 냉각수 공급용 유로(132)가 형성된 분리판(130)을 포함하는 연료전지에 있어서,상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)의 양쪽 면에는 상기 분리판(130)의 유로(132) 위치에 대응하는 부분(C)과 상기 분리판(130)의 유로(132) 위치에 대응하지 않는 부분(D)의 촉매량이 다르게 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매가 불균일하게 도포된 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)의 상기 분리판(130)의 유로(132) 위치에 대응하지 않는 부분(D)에 도포되는 촉매량은 상기 분리판(130)의 유로(132) 위치에 대응하는 부분(C)에 도포되는 촉매량의 0% 초과 100% 미만의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유로(132)는 요입부(132a) 및 돌출부(132b)의 한 쌍이 주기적으로 반복됨으로써 형성되며, 상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)에는 상기 한 쌍의 요입부(132a) 및 돌출부(132b)의 주기와 같은 주기로 촉매 도포량이 다르게 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)에는 상기 한 쌍의 요입부(132a) 및 돌출부(132b)의 주기와 같은 주기로 촉매 슬러리 양이 다르게 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 상기 고분자 전해질 막(112)에는 상기 한 쌍의 요입부(132a) 및 돌출부(132b)의 주기와 같은 주기로 촉매 슬러리의 혼합비가 다르게 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 막-전극 접합체.
