Claims (2)
- 지상에 고정 설치되는 베이스본체와, 베이스본체의 상방에서 상,하로 승강작동이 가능하게 설치되어 H빔을 인출하게 되는 인출작동체와, 상기 베이스본체의 상면 양측에는 피스톤로드의 선단이 고정 부착되고 실린더몸체는 상기 인출작동체의 양측에 고정 부착된 채 상향으로 돌출 형성되어 있는 양측 메인 승강실린더와, 상기 인출작동체에 내측경사면이 서로 마주하도록 고정 설치되어 있는 양측 쐐기가이더와, 상기 양측 쐐기가이더의 내측경사면에 외측경사면이 당접된 상태로 상,하로 이동가능하게 설치되어 H빔의 중간연결부 양면을 압착하여 H빔을 인출시키는 작동을 담당하는 양측 작동쐐기와, 상기 양측 작동쐐기를 H빔의 중간연결부에 압착시키기 위한 양측 쐐기작동용 유압실린더를 구비하여 구성된 H빔 인출장치에 있어서,상기 인출작동체의 좌,우측에 설치된 양측 메인승강실린더를 기준할 때 상기 인발작동체의 상면 전,후측에 수직상으로 입설되는 양측 보조 승강실린더와;상기한 H빔을 감싼 상태로 수용할 수 있도록 하부는 개구되고 상부에는 H빔 수용공이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 인출작동체에 설치된 양측 작동쐐기의 상방에 위치하여 상기 양측 보조 승강실린더 각각의 피스톤로드의 출몰작동에 따라 상,하로 승강작동이 가능하게 설치되는 보조 인출케이싱과;상기 보조 인출케이싱의 내부 좌,우측 각각에 서로 대칭상으로 형성된 고정핀축에 회전가능하게 설치되는 양측 작동링크와;상기 양측 작동링크의 자유단 각각에 지지된 회전핀축에 회전가능하도록 연 결 부착되어 H빔의 중간연결부 양면을 압착하여 H빔을 인출시키는 작동을 담당하게 되는 양측 보조쐐기;를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토류벽 시공시 사용된 H빔 인출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양측 보조쐐기는 고정핀축의 수직중심선을 기준하여 볼 때 H빔의 중간연결부를 향해 30∼60°의 경사각도범위내에 위치하여 보조 인출케이싱의 상승작동시에는 H빔의 중간연결부 양측면을 향해 회전하려는 가압작동으로 압착토록 하는 한편, 보조 인출케이싱의 하강작동시에는 H빔의 중간연결부 양측면에서 멀어지는 방향으로 회전하려는 해제작동으로 보조 인출케이싱의 하강작동을 허용하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토류벽 시공시 사용된 H빔 인출장치.
