Claims (3)
- 조향축이 내설된 상태에서 이를 차체에 고정시킬 수 있도록 중공관 형태의 이너 튜브(10b)와 아우터 튜브(10a)로 이루어 지며, 상기 이너 튜브(10b)의 일단이 아우터 튜브(10a)의 내측 단부에 삽입되어 이루어진 차량용 스티어링 칼럼(1)에 있어서;상기 이너 튜브(10b)의 단부 외주에는 적어도 두개 이상의 착설홈(100)이 요입 형성되며,상기 착설홈(100)에는 일측이 절개된 링 스프링(40)이 설치되고,상기 링 스프링(40)이 설치된 이너 튜브(10b) 단부를 아우터 튜브(10a) 내측 단부에 압입토록 한 후, 아우터 튜브(10a) 외측에서 코킹하여 이너 튜브(10b)와 아우터 튜브(10a) 사이에 링 스프링(40)이 삽입 고정토록 구성되며,상기 링 스프링(40)은 소재의 단면 직경방향으로 탄성을 지니도록 일부가 절개된 링 형상의 단면형태로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스티어링 칼럼의 충격 흡수구조.
