- 삭제
- 알루미늄으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 상하쿨러헤드(10)에 복수개의 전열튜브(15)의 양단부가 각각 접합되어 구성된 알루미늄 라디에이터에 있어서, 상기 쿨러헤드(10)에 형성된 유체유입구(12)와 유체배출구에 브레이징 접합되며 그 내주면에는 나사부(22)가 형성된 알루미늄 인서트(20)와, 상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)의 나사부(22)에 나사 결합되도록 외주면에 나사부(32)가 형성된 주수구(30)를 포함하며,상기 알루미늄 인서트(20) 또는 주수구(30)의 나사부(22,32)에 도포 경화되어 상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)와 주수구(30)의 나사결합 부위로 누수가 되는 것을 방지하는 접합제층(35)을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 라디에이터 주수구 접합구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)와 주수구(30) 사이의 결합 부위에 브레이징되어 상기 인서트(20)와 주수구(30)의 나사결합 부위 사이의 틈새를 밀봉하는 브레이징 접합부(40)를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 라디에이터 주수구 접합구조.

- 알루미늄으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 상하쿨러헤드(10)에 복수개의 전열튜브(15)의 양단부를 각각 접합하여 알루미늄 라디에이터를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 내주면에 나사부(22)가 형성된 알루미늄 인서트(20)를 상기 쿨러헤드(10)에 형성된 유체유입구(12) 또는 유체배출구에 브레이징하여 고정하는 인서트 장착과정과, 외주면에 나사부(32)가 형성된 주수구(30)를 상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)의 나사부(22)에 결합하여 상기 주수구(30)를 알루미늄 인서트(20)에 나사 결합하는 주수구 결합과정을 포함하며,상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)의 내주면 나사부(22) 또는 주수구(30)의 외주면 나사부(32)에 접합제를 도포 경화시켜 상기 인서트(20)와 주수구(30)의 나사결합 부위를 접합제층(35)에 의해 밀봉하는 접합제층 형성과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 라디에이터 주수구 접합방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 인서트(20)와 주수구(30)의 접합 부위의 상단부에 필러메탈을 용융시켜 상기 인서트(20)와 주수구(30)의 접합 부위에 브레이징 접합부(40)를 형성하는 브레이징 접합부 형성과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 라디에이터 주수구 접합방법.
