Claims (4)
- 배관 내의 질량유량을 측정하는 질량 유량 센서를 구비하고,상기 질량 유량 센서 도관의 양단이 각각 바이패스의 입구 및 출구와 공유하며,상기 바이패스는 관의 길이방향으로 다층의 동심 환형 채널(관로)을 형성시켜 상기 채널을 유로로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 대용량 유량 계측용 질량 유량계.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바이패스를 통과하는 유량은 센서 도관을 통과하는 유량과 비례관계가 되도록 하여 상기 바이패스를 지나는 유동 및 센서 도관을 지나는 유동이 층류가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 대용량 유량 계측용 질량 유량계.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 배관 내의 유량이 증가하였을 때 채널의 개수를 늘려 층류를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량 유량 계측용 질량 유량계.
