- 고주파 발진 회로에 있어서,발진 주파수 신호를 발생하기 위한 공진 수단과,상기 공진 회로로부터의 상기 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력단을 가지며 상기 공진 수단으로부터의 상기 신호를 증폭하는 증폭 수단과,상기 증폭 수단의 출력단에 접속된 일단을 갖는 T형 정합 소자와,상기 T형 정합 소자의 타단에 접속된 일단을 갖는 용량성 소자를 포함하며,상기 용량성 소자의 타단은 접지되고, 상기 T형 정합 소자와 상기 용량성 소자의 접점은 상기 증폭 수단의 입력단에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 T형 정합 수단은 직렬로 접속된 2개의 인덕터와 이들 인덕터의 접속점에 접속된 하나의 커패시터로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 용량성 소자는 커패시터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 T형 정합 수단은 직렬로 접속된 2개의 인덕터와 이들 인덕터의 접속점에 접속된 전압 제어 가변 용량 소자로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 용량성 소자는 전압 제어 가변 용량 소자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 T형 정합 수단은 상기 증폭 수단의 출력단으로부터의 출력 신호를 상기 입력단으로 귀환시키는 귀환 루프의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 T형 정합 수단과 상기 용량성 소자는 상기 귀환 루프의 양단의 임피던스를 정합시키기 위한 임피던스 정합 수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 정합 수단은 공진 회로를 형성하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 정합 수단은 저역 필터를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 소자와 상기 용량성 소자의 상기 접점은 또 다른 용량성 소자를 거쳐 상기 증폭 수단의 상기 입력단에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 T형 정합 소자와 상기 용량성 소자의 상기 접점은 또 다른 용량성 소자를 거쳐 상기 증폭 수단의 상기 입력단에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 고주파 발진 회로에 있어서,발진 주파수 신호를 발생하기 위한 공진 수단과,상기 공진 회로로부터의 상기 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력단을 가지며 상기 공진 수단으로부터의 상기 신호를 증폭하기 위한 증폭 수단과,상기 증폭 수단의 출력단에 접속된 일단을 갖는 스트립 라인(strip line)과,상기 스트립 라인의 상기 일단에 접속된 일단을 갖는 용량성 소자를 포함하며,상기 용량성 소자의 타단은 접지되고, 상기 스트립 라인의 타단은 상기 증폭 수단의 입력단에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 소자는 전압 제어 가변 용량 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 라인은 상기 증폭 수단의 출력단으로부터의 출력 신호를 상기 입력단으로 귀환 시키는 귀환 루프의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 라인과 상기 용량성 소자는 상기 귀환 루프 양단의 임피던스를 정합시키기 위한 임피던스 정합 수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 정합 수단은 공진 회로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 정합 수단은 저역 필터를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
- 제17항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 라인의 상기 타단은 또 다른 용량성 소자를 거쳐 상기 증폭 수단의 상기 입력단에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 발진 회로.
