Claims (8)
- 배터리의 SOH 추정방법에 있어서,다양한 내부저항에 각각 대응되는 SOH 값을 메모리부에 저장하는 단계;SOH 추정 요구시, 상기 배터리의 내부저항을 검출하는 단계;상기 검출된 내부저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 상기 메모리부로부터 독출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부저항은, 상기 배터리의 실제 운행 중 소정 시간 동안의 전압과 전류를 측정하고, 상기 측정된 전압과 전류를 통해 산출됨을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정방법.
- 배터리의 SOH 추정방법에 있어서,온도별 및 SOC별로 다양한 내부저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 구성한 SOH 추정 테이블을 메모리부에 저장하는 단계;SOH 추정 요구시, 온도를 측정하고 배터리의 SOC를 추정하는 단계;상기 배터리의 내부저항을 검출하는 단계;상기 측정된 온도, 상기 추정된 배터리의 SOC, 상기 검출된 배터리의 내부 저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 상기 SOH 추정 테이블로부터 독출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 내부저항은, 상기 배터리의 실제 운행 중 소정 시간 동안의 전압과 전류를 측정하고, 상기 측정된 전압과 전류를 통해 산출됨을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 SOH 추정 테이블은 상기 배터리의 실제 동작 온도 범위 및 실제 동작 SOC 범위 내의 값으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정방법.
- 배터리의 SOH 추정장치에 있어서,다양한 내부저항에 각각 대응되는 SOH 값을 저장하는 메모리부;상기 배터리의 전류 및 전압을 측정하는 전류 및 전압 측정부;SOH 추정 요구시, 상기 전류 및 전압 측정부를 통해 상기 배터리의 전류 및 전압을 측정하고, 그 측정된 전류 및 전압으로부터 내부저항을 산출하고,상기 산출된 내부저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 상기 메모리부로부터 독출하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정장치.
- 배터리의 SOH 추정장치에 있어서,온도별 및 SOC별로 다양한 내부저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 구성한 SOH 추정 테이블을 저장하는 메모리부;상기 배터리의 전류 및 전압을 측정하는 전류 및 전압 측정부;온도를 측정하는 온도 측정부;상기 배터리의 SOC를 추정하는 SOC 추정부;SOH 추정 요구시, 상기 온도 측정부를 통해 온도를 측정하고 상기 SOC 추정부를 통해 상기 배터리의 SOC를 추정하고,상기 전류 및 전압 측정부를 통해 상기 배터리의 전류 및 전압을 측정하고, 그 측정된 전류 및 전압으로부터 내부저항을 산출하고,상기 측정된 온도, 상기 추정된 SOC, 상기 산출된 내부저항에 대응되는 SOH 값을 상기 SOH 추정 테이블로부터 독출하는 제어부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 SOH 추정 테이블은 상기 배터리의 실제 동작 온도 범위 및 실제 동작 SOC 범위 내의 값으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 SOH 추정장치.
