Claims (8)
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는 융합 단편 펩타이드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 융합 단편 펩타이드는 β-갈락토시다제로부터 유래한 것인 융합단편 펩타이드.
- 제 1항에 따른 융합 단편 펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제 3항의 융합 단편 펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자 및 목적 단백질 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 목적 단백질은 인슐린 유사 성장인자-1인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 제 4항의 재조합 발현벡터에 의해 형질전환된 대장균.
- (i) 목적 단백질에 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 가지는 β-갈락토시다제 유래의 N-말단 단편이 융합된 융합 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자 단편을 얻는 단계; (ii) 상기 유전자 단편을 포함하는 발현벡터를 제조하는 단계; (iii) 상기 발현벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환 미생물을 제조하는 단계; 및, (iv) 상기 형질전환 미생물로부터 목적 단백질을 발현 및 정제하는 단계를 포함하는, β-갈락토시다제 유래의 N-말단 단편을 융합 파트너로 이용하는 재조합 단백질의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,단계 (i)의 목적 단백질은 인슐린 유사 성장인자-1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
