Claims (4)
- 복수의 분할 영역 및 도전성 비아홀을 갖는 양면 인쇄회로기판;상기 양면 인쇄회로기판의 상면에 배치된 복수의 발광 다이오드;상기 양면 인쇄회로기판의 일측에 배치된 복수의 구동회로 연결용 커넥터;상기 양면 인쇄회로기판의 상면에 형성되며 상기 분할 영역 내에 위치한 복수의 발광 다이오드를 서로 전기적으로 연결한 복수의 제1 리드 패턴; 및상기 양면 인쇄회로기판의 하면에 형성되며, 상기 도전성 비아홀을 통해 상기 제1 리드패턴과 상기 커넥터를 전기적으로 연결한 복수의 제2 리드 패턴을 포함하는 발광 다이오드를 이용한 액정 표시 장치의 백라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양면 인쇄회로기판은 상기 LED가 배치된 하부에 상면과 하면을 관통하는 방열용 비아홀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 이용한 액정 표시 장치의 백라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양면 인쇄회로기판의 하면에 접촉하여 배치되는 절연성 방열 패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 이용한 액정 표시 장치의 백라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커넥터와 인접한 분할 영역의 상기 제1 리드 패턴은 직접 상기 커넥터와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드를 이용한 액정 표시 장치의 백라이트.
