Claims (7)
- 가열 또는 냉각 시스템이나 열 운반 매체를 갖는 유사한 시스템에서 액체 흐름의 차압을 일정한 레벨로 유지하기 위한 박막 밸브(1)로서, 그 박막 밸브(1)는 제1 체임버(5)에 연결된 입구 영역(3) 및 출구 영역(4)을 가지고 있고, 상기 제1 체임버(5)가 압축 스프링(7) 및 박막(8)을 구비하고 있고, 그 박막(8)의 일 측에서 유량이 제어되는 박막 밸브(1)에 있어서,상기 유량의 제어가 상기 박막(8)의 일 측에 배치된 제2 체임버(6)내에서 행해지고, 상기 제2 체임버(6)와 상기 입구 영역(3) 사이에 통로(9)가 제공되어 있고, 상기 통로(9)내에, 상기 제2 체임버(6)로 그리고 상기 제2 체임버(6)로부터의 매체의 유량을 제어하기 위한 조절수단(2)이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조절수단(2)이 스핀들(10) 및 안내 나사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통로(9)가 상기 박막 밸브(1)의 구조체(22)를 관통하여 제공된 구멍으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 체임버(6)가 상기 입구 영역(3)과 상기 출구 영역(4) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제2 체임버(6)에 가변 체적을 제공하도록 변위 가능한 박막(8)에 의해 한정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 체임버(5)내에 슬롯(12)들이 제공되어 있고, 상기 슬롯(12)들은 상기 박막(8)에 대한 상기 압축 스프링(7)의 작용 방향에 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 박막 밸브가 가열 또는 냉각 시스템의 구역 온도 조절을 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 밸브.
