- 입력 교류전압을 직류전압으로 변환시키는 정류부 및 평활부와, 상기 정류부 및 평활부를 거쳐 변환된 직류전압으로 스위칭 소자를 구동시켜 펄스를 발생시키는 스위칭부와, 상기 스위칭부를 통해 발생된 펄스를 이용하여 전압을 증폭시키는 공진부 및 램프에 연결되어 상기 공진부를 통해 증폭된 전압을 램프 점등에 필요한 소정의 고전압으로 출력시키는 출력부로 이루어지는 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터에 있어서,상기 스위칭부와 상기 공진부 사이에 구비되어 출력선의 단락 또는 단선에 의한 이상을 감지하여 출력전압이 발생하지 않도록 제어하는 안전보호회로부와;상기 출력부에 구비되어 출력선의 외부노출에 의한 누전 발생 시 누전차단기를 동작시키고, 부하 램프가 연결되지 않은 상태에서도 출력전압이 발생하지 않도록 제어하는 누전차단용 회로부;를 포함하고,상기에서 안전보호회로부는 공진부로부터 인입되는 전류를 통과시키는 다이오드(D8)와, 상기 다이오드(D8)를 통과한 전류를 RC 공진을 이용하여 전압을 승압시키는 RC 공진부(C6, R6, R7)와, 상기 RC공진부로부터 승압된 전압에 의해 도통되는 제너다이오드(ZD2)와, 상기 제너다이오드(ZD2)에 의해 턴온되는 사이리스터(Q3);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 구비된 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 안전보호회로부는 상기 제너다이오드(ZD2)의 제너항복전압을 일으켜 사이리스터(Q3)의 게이트에 신호를 발생시켜 사이리스터(Q3)를 턴온시킴으로써 상기 스위칭부의 타이머 IC의 동작을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 구비된 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 누전차단용 회로부는 상기 출력부의 메인 트랜스의 1차와 2차 사이에 다수 개의 고속다이오드를 직렬로 연결하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 구비된 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭부는 스위칭소자를 구동하는 타이머 IC의 구동전압을 유도하기 위하여 직병렬로 연결된 필름콘덴서(C1)와 다이오드(D6)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 구비된 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 필름콘덴서에는 전압을 정밀하게 제어하는 제1저항(R1)이 병렬로 연결되고, 초기 전압유입 시 발생되는 돌입전류를 제어하는 제2저항(R2)이 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호회로가 구비된 외부전극형광램프 점등용 인버터.
