Claims (10)
- 정전잠상이 형성되는 화상수용체;상기 정전잠상에 비자성 일성분 토너를 공급하여 현상시키는 것으로서, 상기 화상수용체와 대면되는 현상롤러와, 트레일 방식으로 설치되어 상기 현상롤러에 균일한 토너층을 형성시키는 규제블레이드를 구비하는 현상기;를 포함하며,상기 토너는 그 입경이 체적입경분포의 미디안값의 1/2 이하인 토너가 개수입경분포로 15% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현상기는,상기 현상롤러와 규제블레이드를 구비하는 현상카트리지;상기 현상카트리지로 공급될 토너가 수용된 토너 카트리지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 현상카트리지의 토너잔량이 최대충전량의 1중량퍼센트 이하가 되기 전에 상기 토너카트리지로부터 상기 현상카트리지로 토너가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 현상롤러의 표면에는 두께가 0.5mm 이상 현상롤러 반경의 60% 이하이고, 저항이 105Ω/㎝ ∼ 1011Ω/㎝인 탄성고무층이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 현상롤러의 표면조도(Rz)는 체적입경분포의 미디안값의 1/10 내지 5배 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 현상롤러는 상기 화상수용체와 현상갭만큼 이격되게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
- 현상롤러에 입경이 체적입경분포의 미디안값의 1/2 이하인 토너가 개수입경분포로 15% 이하인 비자성 일성분 토너를 공급하고, 트레일 방식으로 설치된 규제블레이드를 이용하여 상기 현상롤러에 균일한 토너층을 형성하고, 상기 현상롤러에 현상바이어스를 인가하여 상기 토너층으로부터 토너를 화상수용체에 형성된 정전잠상으로 현상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비자성 일성분 현상방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 현상롤러가 설치된 현상카트리지의 토너잔량이 최대충전량의 1중량퍼센트 이하가 되기 전에 토너카트리지로부터 상기 현상카트리지로 토너를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비자성 일성분 현상방법.
