Claims (15)
- 이동식 기판표면상에 유기 고분자 도료 조성물로 이루어진 도료 코팅층을 제공하는 방법으로서,상기 기판표면과 평활 롤에 의해 형성된 닙에서 확산될 수 있는(Spread) 온도에서 고농도 형태로 도료 조성물의 양을 설정함으로써, 상기 설정된 양으로부터의 도료가 상기 기판표면상의 도료층으로서 닙을 통과하게 하는 것을 포함하며,상기 평활 롤의 표면 거칠기 계수(Surface Roughness Coefficient; Ra)는 1.5 이하 이며,상기 평활 롤의 표면속도는 예를 들어, 분당 15 미터의 낮은 기판속도에서 기판속도의 1.2% 이하가 되고 분당 150 미터의 기판속도에서 기판속도의 12% 이하가 되도록, 기판속도에 대한 퍼센트로서 표시되는 상기 평활 롤의 최대 표면속도는 상기 기판속도에 대하여 선형관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닙에서 상기 평활 롤 표면의 이동방향은 상기 기판표면의 이동방향과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평활 롤의 표면속도는 0(Zero)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평활 롤의 표면 거칠기 계수(Ra)는 0.8 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닙에서 상기 도료 조성물의 양을 설정하는 단계는, 도료 조성물이 상기 기판에 의해 상기 닙으로부터 운반되는 속도와 실질적으로 동일한 적층속도로 또한 그 보다 낮은 적층속도로, 상기 기판과 상기 평활 롤간의 상기 닙의 상방향 위치에서, 상기 기판상에 도료 조성물을 적층함으로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닙에서 상기 도료 조성물 양을 설정하는 단계는, 도료 조성물이 상기 기판에 의해 상기 닙으로부터 운반되는 속도와 실질적으로 동일한 적층속도로 또한 그 보다 낮은 적층속도로, 상기 평활 롤과 상기 기판간의 상기 닙의 상방향 위치에서, 상기 평활 롤상에 도료 조성물을 적층함으로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닙에서 상기 도료 조성물 양을 설정하는 단계는, 상기 닙에 직접 도료 조성물을 적층함으로써 달성되거나 또는 상기 닙에 설정된 도료 조성물의 풀(Pool)로 직접 도료 조성물을 적층함으로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평활 롤에 의해 상기 닙으로부터 운반된 도료 조성물이, 상기 평활 롤상에 평균두께가 1 마이크로미터 이하인 박막을 형성하는 것을 보장하도록, 상기 기판의 표면속도와 상기 평활 롤의 표면속도간의 속도차가 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판표면은 도장될 스트립의 표면임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판표면은 이송 롤의 표면이며,상기 방법은 상기 이송 롤에 의해 상기 닙으로부터 운반된 도료 코팅층을 도장될 스트립의 표면으로 이송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이송 롤은 고무표면을 갖는 롤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 닙에서의 상기 도료 조성물의 온도범위는 20℃ 내지 200℃ 의 범위내인 방법.
