Claims (2)
- 프레임 상면판(51) 양측의 서보모터(13)에 착설된 제1풀리(131)가 드라이브샤프트(11) 일측의 제2풀리(111)와 타이밍벨트(132)로 연결되며, 상기 드라이브샤프트(11) 타측의 구동기어(112)에 연결된 메인기어(12)로 구성된 구동부(10)와; 측면판(53)에 구비된 하우징(531)에 결합된 크랭크샤프트(23) 끝단에 설치된 링크(21, 22)로 구성된 링크부(20)와; 하면판(52)에 설치되고 발란스로드(32)에 상단에 결합된 발란스피스톤(31)이 내재된 발란스실린더부(30)와; 상기 발란스실린더부(30) 하부에 연결된 슬라이더(40)을 포함한 서보프레스(100)에 있어서;상기 링크부(20)는 상부링크(21)와 하부링크(22)가 메인기어(12) 내측에 설치되며, 상기 상부링크(21)는 링크핀(211)에 의해 메인기어(12) 내측에 상부링크(21) 상부가 회동가능하게 고정되며, 상기 하부링크(22)는 일측은 상기 상부링크(21) 하부에 연결핀(221)에 의해 회동가능하게 결합되며, 타측은 상기 크랭크샤프트(23)에 결합되며 , 상기 크랭크샤프트(23)의 타측에는 크랭크핀(231)으로 결합된 컨넥팅로드(24)가 플런저핀(261)에 의해 플런저(26)가 결합되어 플런저가이드(25)에서 승하강 가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크기구를 이용한 서보프레스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구동부(10)와 링크부(20)는 양측으로 대향되게 설치되고 상기 서보모터 (13)에 의해 구동제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크기구를 이용한 서보프레스.
