Claims (11)
- 챔버 및 상기 챔버로 미소유체를 이송하기 위한 유로를 제공하는 상부기판과, 상기 챔버 및 유로를 밀폐시키기 위해 상기 상부기판에 접합된 하부기판으로 이루어진 미소유체제어소자와,멤브레인과, 상기 멤브레인 상에 형성된 가열수단과, 상기 멤브레인을 지지하는 구조체로 이루어진 모체를 포함하며,상기 모체의 가열수단이 상기 챔버 부분의 하부기판과 접촉되도록 상기 미소유체제어소자와 상기 모체가 결합되고,상기 하부기판은 고분자 또는 금속으로 이루어지고,상기 하부기판은 1 내지 100㎛ 의 두께로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는미소유체 가열 시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 마이크로 히터인 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인 상에 형성된 온도센서와,상기 멤브레인 상에 형성되며 상기 가열수단 및 상기 온도센서와 연결된 전극패드들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조체 하부에 부착된 냉각판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판은 유리, 고분자 또는 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 7 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는 PDMS, PMMA, PC, COC, PA, PE, PP, PPE, PS, POM, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, PBT, FEP, PFA 또는 PET인 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 실리콘 질화막, 실리콘 산화막 또는 합성 고분자 물질로 이루어지며, 0.1 내지 20㎛ 의 두께로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조체는 금속 또는 실리콘으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 미소유체 가열 시스템.
