Claims (10)
- 배관 부재를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,a) 원하는 형상에 하나 이상의 배관부를 형성하고,b) 이러한 배관부의 미리 설정된 영역을 둘러쌓는 하나이상의 공동을 갖는 몰드에서 배관을 형성하고,c) 미리 설정된 양만큼 냉각에 의해 수축되는 플라스틱 몰딩재료로 몰드공동을 채우고,d) 몰딩된 재료가 냉각되고 경화되어 미리 설정된 방향으로 일정한 배관 영역에 몰딩된 형상을 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나이상의 배관부는 미리 설정된 방향으로 구성되며, 몰드 형상이 상기 배관부에 대한 일정한 방향을 갖는 장착 브라켓을 장착함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나이상의 일정한 배관부 영역은 배관부에 대한 몰딩 형상이 회전하지 않도록 접합되도록 하기 위해 거친표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(a) 둘 이상의 길이를 가지는 배관부를 관련된 단계에서 형성시키는 것을 포함하고,(b) 각각 두 가지 길이에 대한 미리 설정된 영역을 미리 설정된 방향의 길이를 갖는 몰드 공동에 위치시키는 것을 포함하며,(c) 단계는 몰드에서 배관부를 위치시켜 결정된 관계로 여러개의 합쳐진 몰딩형상에 둘 이상의 배관부를 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 배관 부재를 형성하는 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에 미리 설정된 관계로 배관부를 고정시키는 것을 더 포함하며,(e) 몰딩된 형상을 놓은 위치를 향하는 둘 이상의 배관부에 대해서 장착 브라켓에 몰딩 형상을 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재를 형성하는 방법.
- 유사한 형상의 위치 내에 결합되도록 미리 설정된 방법으로 형성되고, 상기 위치 내에서 결합되도록 형성된 하나이상배관부와, 하나이상의 길이에 대해서 미리 설정된 방향에 있는 하나이상의 배관부의 미리 설정된 영역에 형성 및 고정된 몰딩 단편을 포함하여 구성되는 배관 부재에 있어서,상기 몰딩된 단편이 부재를 장착하기 위한 브라켓 형상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 몰딩된 단편은 상기 두 배관부를 상대적인 방향을 향하도록 유지하고 결합하기 위해 둘 이상의 배관부의 미리 설정된 영역에 고정된 하나이상의 고정 결합부를 제공하는 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 두 개의 몰딩단편은 상기 둘 이상의 배관부를 따라서 서로 이격되어 형성되며,하나이상의 몰딩된 단편은 또한 부재를 장착하기 위한 브라켓 형상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재.
- 원하는 형상으로 형성된 하나 이상의 배관부를 포함하고, 상기 배관부의 미리 설정된 영역을 둘러싸는 하나이상의 공동을 갖는 몰드에서 배관을 형성하고, 미리 설정된 양만큼 냉각에 의해 수축되는 플라스틱 몰딩재료로 몰드공동을 채우고, 몰딩된 재료가 냉각되고 경화되어, 미리 설정된 방향으로 일정한 배관 영역에 몰딩된 형상을 결합시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 부재.
