Claims (6)
- 통상적으로 내화성 무기화합물로 알파알루미나 또는 감마 알루미나, 티타니아, 실리카 중에서 선택된 한종류의 분말, 비드 또는 펠렛에 백금족 금속(A)으로 팔라듐 또는 백금중 하나 이상의 금속을 사용하고, 전이금속(B)으로 코발트 또는 니켈중에서 하나 이상의 금속을 (A) : (B) = 1: 2 ∼ 20 : 1의 무게비로 혼합한 것을 (A)와 (B)금속의 무게합이 0.1 ∼ 10 중량%되게 담지시킨 촉매를 제조한 후에 강온한후 승온 하면서 용매를 가스성분과 함께 흘려주어 촉매의 구조적 변화를 일으켜, 휘발성 유기화합물의 산화반응에서 완전산화로 이산화탄소의 수율을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매
- 제1항에 있어서 내화성 무기화합물상에 담지된 금속이 금속-Al, 금속-Ti,금속-Si형태로 금속이 직접 내화성 무기화합물상의 금속과 직접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매
- 제1항에 있어서 촉매표면은 알루미나상에 수소가 0.1∼2중량%로 흡착되어 존재하여 산화된 알루미나상의 귀금속이 쉽게 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매
- 담체로 사용되는 내화성 무기화합물로 알루미나로써 감마알루미나 또는 알파알루미나, 티타니아, 실리카 중에서 선택된 한 종류의 분말, 비드 또는 펠렛을 110℃에서 12시간동안 건조시키고 여기에 백금족(A)금속으로 팔라듐 또는 백금중 하나 이상의 금속을 사용하고 전이금속(B)금속으로 코발트, 니켈 중에서 하나 이상의 금속을 (A):(B)=1:2 ∼ 20:1의 무게비로 혼합한 것을 (A)+(B)가 0.1∼10 중량% 되도록 함침시킨후 110℃에서 12시간 동안 건조시키고 300℃∼600℃에서 4시간 동안 소성한 후, 300℃∼600℃에서 2시간동안 수소를 흘려주어 환원시킨 후 100℃ 이하로 상온까지 분당 2∼30℃로 강온한 후, 온도를 300℃∼600℃까지 분당 1∼20℃의 승온 속도로 높이면서 과산화수소수를 흘려주어 촉매의 구조적 변화를 일으켜 촉매의 활성을 증가시키며, 휘발성 유기화합물을 완전 산화시키고, 촉매의 비활성화를 억제시키는 촉매의 제조방법
