Claims (3)
- 자동차의 크로스 멤버에 의해 지지되는 좌, 우 후륜과,상기 좌, 우 후륜에 각각 일단이 연결된 좌, 우의 링크부재와,상기 좌, 우의 링크부재에 양단이 각각 연결된 래크바 및 상기 래크바를 수용하며 상기 크로스 멤버에 설치된 케이스와,상기 래크바와 연동가능하게 설치되며 상기 좌, 우의 링크부재가 상기 좌, 우 후륜의 토우각을 동시에 가변하도록 상기 래크바를 이동시키는 액츄에이터를 포함하고,상기 액츄에이터는 하우징의 내부에 설치된 구동모터와,상기 구동모터에 의해 회전하는 링기어와,상기 링기어와 치합되는 제1피니언 기어와,상기 제1피니언 기어의 회전축에 설치되며 상기 래크바와 치합되는 제2피니언 기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후륜 토우각 제어장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되어 상기 래크바의 이동선상을 감지하며, 감지된 래크바의 끝단부가 초기위치 또는 과이동위치에 위치하면 상기 액츄에이터의 작동을 제어하는 리미트 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후륜 토우각 제어장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1, 2피니언 기어의 회전축에 설치된 마그네트 링과, 상기 링기어를 둘러싸는 하우징에 설치되어 상기 마그네트 링의 자력을 감지하는 자기센서를 포함하고,상기 마그네트링의 회전량을 상기 제1피니언 기어와 상기 링기어의 기어비 및 상기 제2피니언 기어와 상기 래크바의 래크 피치의 비율에 따른 감속비로 변환하여 상기 래크바의 직선 변위를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후륜 토우각 제어장치.
