Claims (10)
- 폴리에틸렌과 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체로 구성된 폴리에틸렌 혼합물 100 중량부에 카본블랙무기충전제 88~90 중량부와, 상용화제 10~30 중량부와, 폴리에틸렌왁스 형태의 분산제 5~20 중량부와, 활제 0.5~3 중량부와, 수지안정제 0.5~3 중량부를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌 혼합물은 폴리에틸렌 40~60 중량%와 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 40~60 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 ASTM D-1238 방법으로 측정한 용융흐름지수(190℃/2.16kg)가 40.0~50.0g/10분이며, ASTM D-792 방법으로 측정한 밀도가 0.910~0.925 g/㎤인 것이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는,ASTM D-1646 방법으로 측정한 무늬 점도가 10~50이며, ASTM D-792로 측정한 밀도가 0.850~0.920 g/㎤ 인 것이 사용되며,α-올레핀 단량체의 함량이 10~50 중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌, 에틸렌-부텐, 에틸렌-헥센, 에틸렌-옥텐 또는 이들의 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 카본블랙은 평균 입경은 15~20.0㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상용화제는 폴리올레핀 주쇄에 극성 단량체를 도입한 후 분산성 향상 등을 위하여 일반 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌과 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 극성 단량체로는 불포화 카르복실산 또는 무수물을 사용하며,상기 무수물은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레인산. 말레오피마린산, 무수테트라히드로프탈산이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 활제는 스테린산 칼슘과 스테아린산 아연의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,수지안정제는 펜타에리트리틸-테트라키스(3-(3,5-테트라부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트, 4,4'-티오-비스(6-t-부틸-3-메틸페놀), 페놀, 2,4-비스(1,1-디메틸에틸)-포스피트 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다 기능성 블랙마스터 뱃치 조성물.
