Claims (7)
- 스웨이드(Suede) 시트를 형성하는 단계;표면에 기모층을 갖는 부직포를 형성하는 단계;상기 부직포와 상기 스웨이드 시트를 접합하여 스웨이드 시트와 부직포 사이에 기모층이 있는 적층 시트를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 적층 시트를 가열하여 그레인(Grain)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면에 기모층을 갖는 부직포를 형성하는 단계는,서로 섬도가 다른 2종 이상의 스테이플 섬유로부터 부직포를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면에 기모층을 갖는 부직포를 형성하는 단계는,스테이플 섬유로부터 웹을 형성하는 단계;상기 스테이플 섬유간의 집속력이 높아지도록, 예비 펀칭(Pre-punching)을 실시하는 단계;상기 웹 사이에 보강 시트를 삽입하는 단계;업-다운(Up-down) 방식의 니들 펀칭(Needle Punching)을 실시하여, 상기 스테이플 섬유와 보강 시트가 결합된 부직포를 형성하는 단계; 및업 방식의 니들 펀칭을 실시하여 상기 부직포의 표면에 기모층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적층 시트를 형성하는 단계는,가열된 폴리우레탄 폼을 상기 부직포와 스웨이드 시트 사이에 삽입하는 단계; 및상기 부직포와 스웨이드 시트를 압착하여 적층 시트를 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기모층을 구성하는 기모의 길이는 1 내지 3mm이며, 기모층의 두께는 1.5 내지 2.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 그레인을 형성하는 단계는,상기 적층 시트를 100 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에서 가열하여 그레인을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 그레인을 형성하는 단계는,상기 적층 시트를 텀블 드라이어(Tumble Drier) 내에서 가열하여 그레인을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 스웨이드 제조방법.
