- 삭제
- 한천분말 1~3 중량%, 젤란검 0.01~0.2 중량%, 산탄검 0.05~0.3 중량%, 난각칼슘 0.05~0.5 중량% 및 나머지 함량의 물로 구성되는 즉석 한천면 조성물.
- 삭제
- 즉석 한천면의 총 중량을 기준으로 한천분말 1~3 중량%, 젤란검 0.01~0.2 중량%, 산탄검 0.05~0.3 중량%, 난각칼슘 0.05~0.5 중량% 및 나머지 함량의 정제수를 혼합한 후, 90~95℃의 온도로 가열하면서 3~5분간 교반하고 0~30℃로 냉각하여 겔화한 다음 면 형태로 절단 성형하고, 이를 760mmHg의 압력과 40~70℃ 온도의 진공건조기에 넣어 수분함량 1~5% 까지 건조시키는 것으로 구성되는 즉석 한천면의 제조방법.
