Claims (45)
- 폴리사카라이드 덱스트린(polysaccharide dextrin) 유효량을 함유한 수용성 포물레이션을 포함하는, 화학요법제 또는 유전자 치료제 또는 항생제 또는 항바이러스제 또는 염증 반응을 야기하는 약물로부터 선택되는 제제에 대한 염증성 반응의 결과로서 형성되는 유착 치료용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 포물레이션이 용액인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 α-1,6 결합의 비율이 10% 이하인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 α-1,6 결합의 비율이 5% 이하인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 수 평균 분자량(Mn)이 1,000 내지 30,000 범위내인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 Mn이 3,000 내지 8,000 범위 내인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 무게 평균 분자량(Mw)이 3,000 내지 50,000 범위 내인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 덱스트린의 Mw가 5,000 내지 50,000 인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 중합도(DP) 12 이상인 중합체를 15% 이상 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 중합도(DP) 12 이상인 중합체를 50% 이상 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 치환되지 않은 덱스트린인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 음전하기, 설페이트기, 중성기, 양전하기 및 사차암모늄기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 1종 이상의 다른 기로 치환되는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 사카라이드(글루코스) 단위체당 1개 이상의 설페이트기를 함유하는 설페이트화 덱스트린인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 2.5-18중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 덱스트린이 3-5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 덱스트린이 4중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘 결합제를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 결합제가 EDTA 또는 구연산 나트륨인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생체용 윤활제를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 인지질(phospholipid)인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히알루로네이트(hyaluronate)를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리코솔아미노글리칸, 항생제, 프로스타사이클린 또는 이것의 아날로그 제제, 피브린 분해제 또는 이것의 아날로그 제제, 항염증제 또는 이것의 아날로그 제제, 덱스트린 설페이트, 담체 및 메틸렌 블루 중 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 더 포함하는 조성물.
