- 시료에 포함된 분석 물질과 효소와의 반응 전류를 측정하기 위한 기준전극 및 분석물질과 효소와의 반응을 위하여 소정의 전압을 인가하기 위한 작업전극이 형성된 절연체 기판과, 상기 기준전극 및 작업전극에 걸쳐 있으며 상기 분석물질과 반응하여 그 물질의 농도에 상응하는 양의 전하를 발생시키는 효소가 고정되어있는 전기화학적 효소 바이오센서와, 상기 바이오 센서의 효소의 최적 활성 온도를 유지시키기 위한 면상발열체와, 상기 면상발열체에 전압을 인가하기 위한 리드선을 구비하는 발열부를 구비하는 생체 특성 측정 장치에 있어서,상기 생체 특성 장치는 효소의 산화 환원 반응을 이용하여 글루코스를 추출하는 글루코스 무채혈 측정기의 패치이며,상기 패치는, 글루코스를 추출하기 위해 사용되는 전기적인 전극이 프린트되어 있는 프린트 회로기판과, 글루코스와 반응하여 과산화 수소를 생성할 수 있는 효소를 각각 함유하고 있는 두 개의 친수성 겔 디스크와, 상기 두 개의 친수성 겔 디스크를 수용하기 위한 두 개의 구멍을 구비하는 겔틀과, 상기 틀의 구멍과 대응하는 부분에 구멍이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 틀과 동일한 형태로 틀의 하측에 부착되어 상기 겔 디스크를 지지하는 점착제필름을 구비하며,상기 발열부는 상기 친수성 겔 디스크와 대응되도록 면 형상으로 형성된 두 개의 면상 발열체와, 상기 두 개의 면상 발열체에 효소의 최적 활성 온도를 유지하기 위한 소정의 전압을 인가하는 리드선을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 프린트 회로와 상기 친수성 겔 디스크의 사이에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 고정을 이용한 생체 특성 측정 장치.
