Claims (11)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 A는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 그룹중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 중간층 형성 물질:[화학식 2]상기식중, X는 단일결합을 나타내거나 -(CH2)n-, 여기서 n은 1 또는 2의 정수이고, -C(R1)(R2)-, -CH=CH-, -S-, -O- 또는 -Si(R1)(R2)-이며, R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1-12의 선형 또는 가지형 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3-12의 고리형 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6-14의 아릴기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2-14의 헤테로아릴기이며,Ar1 내지 Ar4는 서로 독립적으로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1-12의 선형 또는 가지형 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3-12의 고리형 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 5-14의 아릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2-14의 헤테로아릴렌기이고,B는 수소, 탄소수 1-12의 선형 또는 가지형 알킬기, 탄소수 3-12의 고리형 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6-14의 아릴기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2-14의 헤테로아릴기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Y1 ~ Y4는 수소 또는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 중간층 형성 물질.[화학식 3]상기식중, R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1-12의 선형 또는 가지형 알킬렌기 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 3-12의 고리형 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6-14의 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2-14의 헤테로아릴렌기, -O-C(=O)-(CH2)n-, 또는 -(CH2)n-O-(n은 1 내지 12의 정수임)이며,R2, R3, R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소, Cl, 하이드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 하이드록시알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 14의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 14의 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고,R5는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 14의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 14의 헤테로아릴기를 나타낸다.
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 중간층 형성 물질 또는 그 가교 반응 결과물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 정공수송층과 발광층 사이에 형성된 중간층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소자가,캐소드/정공수송층/중간층/발광층/애노드, 캐소드/버퍼층/정공수송층/중간층/발광층/애노드, 캐소드/버퍼층/정공수송층/중간층/발광층/전자수송층/애노드, 또는 캐소드/버퍼층/정공수송층/중간층/발광층/정공차단층/애노드 적층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 CuPc(cupper phthalocyanine), m-MTDATA, 폴리티오펜(polythiophene), 폴리아닐린(polyaniline), 폴리아세틸렌(polyacetylene), 폴리피롤(polypyrrole) 또는 폴리페닐렌비닐렌(PPV) 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 정공차단층은 LiF, BaF2 또는 MgF2인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드는 산화인듐주석(ITO), 산화인듐아연(IZO), 산 화주석(SnO2), 산화아연(ZnO) 또는 이들 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
