Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 입력신호를 증폭하는 입력부;상기 입력부의 출력 전압에 비례하여 전류를 출력하는 유도부; 및포화영역에서 동작하도록 바이어싱되는 주 트랜지스터 및 서브문턱영역에서 동작하도록 바이어싱되는 보조 트랜지스터가 서로 커플 되어 병렬로 접속되는 증폭단 및 상기 주 및 보조 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속된 전류원을 포함하고, 상기 유도부의 출력 전류를 증폭하여 출력하는 증폭부;를 포함하는, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도부는 트랜스포머(Transformer)이고, 상기 주 트랜지스터 및 상기 보조 트랜지스터는 공통 게이트 회로인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 트랜스포머는 전류 출력용 칩-트랜스포머(Chip Transformer)인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로.
- 차동 입력 신호를 증폭하여 차동 전달 신호를 출력하는 입력부;상기 입력부로부터 출력된 상기 차동 전달 신호를 전달하는 전달부;차동 반송파 신호와 상기 전달부에 의해 전달된 상기 차동 전달 신호의 합에 비례하는 차동 혼합 신호를 발생하는 믹서부;상기 차동 혼합 신호에 따라 출력 전류 신호를 유도하는 유도부; 및포화영역에서 동작하도록 바이어싱되는 주 트랜지스터 및 서브문턱영역에서 동작하도록 바이어싱는 보조 트랜지스터가 서로 커플 되어 병렬로 접속되고, 상기 주 및 보조 트랜지스터에 인가되는 상기 출력 전류 신호를 증폭하는 증폭부;를 포함하는, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 입력부는전류를 공급하는 전류원을 더 포함하고, 상기 주 트랜지스터 및 상기 보조 트랜지스터는 공통 게이트 회로인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전달부는 커런트-미러(Current Mirror)인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 유도부는 트랜스포머인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 트랜스포머는 전류 출력용 칩-트랜스포머인, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 증폭부의 상기 보조 트랜지스터는 하나 이상이 병렬로 커플되는, 선형성이 개선된 증폭회로를 이용한 주파수 상향 변환기.
