Claims (2)
- 제 1금형의 후단부에 위치하며 유압 구동원에 의해 작동하는 다이캐스팅 머신과; 상기 다이캐스팅 머신의 상단부에 장착되는 이젝팅 플레이트와; 상기 이젝팅 플레이트상에 고정되고 상기 제 1금형을 관통하여 제품과 접하는 다수의 이젝팅 핀과; 상기 이젝팅 플레이트상에 고정되고 상기 제 1금형을 관통하여 상기 이젝팅 플레이트를 가이드 하는 가이드 핀을 포함하여; 제 1금형과 제 2금형 내에서 사출성형이 완료된 제품을 취출하는 다이캐스트 금형 이젝팅 장치에 있어서,이젝팅 코어핀과; 상기 이젝팅 코어핀에 의해 지지되고 상기 제 1금형을 관통하여 제품과 접하여 형상부를 구성하는 이젝팅 코어 인써트와; 핀 체결볼트에 의해 상기 이젝팅 플레이트와 결합하고 상기 이젝팅 코어 인써트에 삽입되어 이젝팅 기능을 수행하는 슬리브 이젝팅 핀과; 상기 이젝팅 코어핀과 슬리브 이젝팅 핀을 지지하며 플레이트 체결볼트에 의해 결합하는 2단의 플레이트로 구성된 슬리브 이젝팅 장치를 포함하여 구성된 다이캐스트 금형 이젝팅 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬리브 이젝팅 장치는 상기 이젝팅 코어핀의 내부에 삽입 장착되어 상기 제품을 냉각시키는 쿨러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형 이젝팅 장치.
