Claims (7)
- 기재층, 이형층, 홀로그램 금속박막층, 및 접착층이 순차적으로 적층된 홀로그램 박막필름에 있어서,상기 홀로그램 금속박막층과 접착층 사이에 자외선 또는 적외선 비가시 형광 보안물질이 함유된 보안인쇄층 및 디지털 워터마크 이미지 보호용 자외선 차단층이 형성되고, 상기 접착층상에 디지털 워터마크 이미지가 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조 방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보안인쇄층은 10∼15중량%의 비가시 자외선 형광물질(단파:254㎚, 장파:365㎚), 10∼40중량%의 선상 폴리에스터 수지, 40∼70중량%의 톨루엔, 및 10∼30중량%의 에틸아세테이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조 방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보안인쇄층은 10∼15중량%의 비가시 적외선 형광물질(800∼1,100㎚), 10∼40중량%의 선상 폴리에스터 수지, 40∼70중량%의 톨루엔, 및 10∼30중량%의 에틸아세테이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조 방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 차단층은 20∼40중량%의 선상 폴리에스터 수지, 40∼65중량%의 톨루엔, 및 10∼30중량%의 에틸아세테이트(Ethylacetate), 및 5∼15중량%의 자외선 차단제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조 방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름.
- 투명 홀로그램 박막필름의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 수지계 필름 지지체 상에 이형제를 도포하여 이형층을 형성시키는 단계;(b) 상기 이형층 상에 금속을 증착시킨 금속필름을 홀로그램 원판을 이용하여 엠보싱시켜 홀로그램 형상을 전사시킨 홀로그램 금속증착층을 형성시키는 단계;(c) 상기 홀로그램 금속증착층상에 비가시 적외선 형광물질 또는 비가시 자외선 형광물질이 함유된 보안 인쇄층을 형성시키는 단계;(d) 상기 보안 인쇄층상에 자외선 차단제가 함유된 자외선 차단층을 형성시키는 단계; 및(e) 상기 자외선 차단층상에 접착층을 형성시키고 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계의 금속은 ZnS, ZrO2, 및 TiO2로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크 이미지를 포함하는 위·변조방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (e) 단계에서 디지털 워터마크 이미지는 염료 승화형 사진전사기로 디지털 워터마크가 적용된 이미지를 출력하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 워터마크를 이용한 위·변조방지용 투명 홀로그램 박막필름의 제조방법.
