Claims (8)
- 적어도 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 층 및 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물을 포함하는 수지층을 갖는 필름 또는 시트로부터 제조된 의료용 용기로서,상기 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물은, 프로필렌 중합체 (A11)와 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 엘라스토머 (A12)와의 혼합물인 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물 (A1), 프로필렌계 블럭 공중합체 (A2), 프로필렌계 블럭 공중합체 (A2)와 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 엘라스토머 (A12)와의 혼합물인 프로필렌계 블럭 공중합체 조성물 (A3)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 프로필렌계 중합체 (A)와, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 탄소수 4 개 이상의 α-올레핀을 포함하는 에틸렌계 공중합체 (B)를 포함하고,폴리올레핀 수지 조성물의 자일렌 가용분의 굴절률이 1.480 내지 1.495 범위에 있고,고밀도 폴리에틸렌 층이 밀도가 0.950 g/cm3 이상인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 70 질량% 이상 함유하고, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 층이 용기의 내측 및 외측 중 한 측 이상에 배치되며,상기 자일렌 가용분은 10 g의 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물을 1 L의 오르토자일렌에 첨가하고; 혼합물을 오르토자일렌의 비등 온도에서 교반하여 수지 조성물을 완전히 용해시켜 용액을 얻고; 용액의 온도가 100℃ 이하가 될 때까지 용액을 교반하면서 냉각하고 용액을 25℃의 항온조에서 2 시간 동안 보관하고; 용액에서 침전된 자일렌 가용분을 여과에 의해 분리하여 여액을 얻고; 140℃에서 질소 기류 중에서 가열한 후 60℃, 감압하에서 하루 동안 건조하여 여액으로부터 자일렌을 제거함으로써 자일렌 가용분을 얻는 것을 포함하는 방법으로 얻은 것이며,고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 밀도는 JIS K7112 방법 D에 따라 측정한 값이고,자일렌 가용분의 굴절률은 자일렌 가용분을 230℃에서 5 분 동안 예열하고, 30초 동안 탈기하고, 6 MPa에서 1 분 동안 자일렌 가용분을 가압하고, 30℃에서 3 분 동안 냉각함으로써 프레스 성형기를 사용하여 두께 50 내지 80 ㎛의 필름을 형성하고; 필름을 상온에서 24 시간 동안 방치하고; 검액으로서 에틸 살리실레이트를 사용하여 아베(Abbe) 굴절률계에 의해 23℃에서 나트륨 D선에 대한 굴절률로서 자일렌 가용분의 굴절률을 측정하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해 결정한 것인, 의료용 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물의 자일렌 가용 분량이 20 내지 70 질량%이며, 자일렌 가용 분량은 제1항에 기재된 방법으로 얻은 자일렌 가용분의 질량을 측정하고, "(자일렌 가용분의 질량)/(첨가된 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물의 질량)"의 식에 의해 구하는 것인 의료용 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물은, 프로필렌계 중합체 (A)의 멜트 플로우 레이트 (MFRA)와 에틸렌계 공중합체 (B)의 멜트 플로우 레이트 (MFRB)와의 비 (MFRA/MFRB)가 0.3 내지 3.0이고, 멜트 플로우 레이트는 JIS K 7210에 따라 230℃에서 하중 21.18 N으로 측정된 값인 의료용 용기.
