Description
Claims (13)
- 하우징을 포함하고, 하우징은 유입 개구부 및 유출 개구부를 구비하며, 하우징 내부에 스프링 요소를 지지하는, 그리고 스프링 요소 쪽으로 이동될 수 있는 폐쇄체를 안내하는 케이지형 삽입물이 배치되고, 폐쇄체는 그것이 밀봉 시트에 밀봉되게 접하는 제1 단부 위치와 밸브가 완전히 개방되는 제2 단부 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 체크 밸브에 있어서,원통형이자 포트형으로 형성된 폐쇄체(10)가 그 원통 외면(18)으로써 케이지형 삽입물(5)에서 안내되고, 평탄한 외면(13)으로써 밀봉 시트(14)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄체(10)의 바닥 면(11)은 스프링 요소(9)를 센터링하는 성형부(15)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형부(15)는 폐쇄체(10)의 내부 쪽을 향한 홈 또는 바깥쪽을 향한 벌지인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포트형 폐쇄체(10)의 원통 섹션(12)에는 하나 이상의 폐곡선형 슬릿이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포트형 폐쇄체(10)의 원통 섹션(12)의 자유 단부는 안쪽으로 굽혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 폐쇄된 때에도 교축 통과 흐름을 가능하게 하는 관통 구멍이 폐쇄체(10)에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(2)은 통과 흐름 횡단면의 감소를 위해 유입 개구부와 유출 개구부(3, 4) 중 적어도 하나의 구역에 밸브 중심 축을 향해 안쪽으로 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 케이지형 삽입물(5)은 유출 개구부(4)쪽을 향한 구역에 통과 흐름 횡단면을 확대시키는 관통 구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄체(10)는 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 케이지형 삽입물(5) 및 하우징(2)은 금속으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄체(10)는 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 케이지형 삽입물(5) 및 하우징(2)은 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄체(10)는 디프 드로잉된 판금 부품으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
