Claims (10)
- 비등 범위가 상이한 2종의 공급 원료를 동시에 수소화처리하는 방법으로서,(a) 204℃ 내지 482℃의 온도와, 3.44 mPa 내지 17.2 mPa의 압력과, 0.1hr-1 내지 15hr-1의 액체 시간당 공간 속도(liquid hourly space velocity)로 작동하며 수소화분해 촉매를 포함하고 있는 수소화분해 구역으로 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료 및 수소를 통과시키고, 상기 수소화분해 구역으로부터 수소화분해 구역 배출물을 회수하는 단계와,(b) 수소가 풍부한 고온의 탈거 기체(stripping gas)를 이용해서 수소, 황화수소 및 상기 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료보다 낮은 온도에서 비등하는 탄화수소 화합물을 포함하는 제1 증기 흐름과, 상기 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료의 범위에서 비등하는 탄화수소 화합물을 포함하는 제1 액체 흐름을 생성하는 고온·고압의 탈거장치로 상기 수소화분해 구역 배출물을 직접 통과시키는 단계와,(c) 비등 온도 범위가 상기 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료의 비등 온도 범위보다 낮은 제2 탄화수소 공급 원료를 상기 탈거장치의 상단부 내로 통과시켜 환류의 역할을 하게 하는 단계와,(d) 상기 (b) 단계에서 회수된 상기 제1 증기 흐름의 적어도 일부를 후처리 수소화 반응 구역을 수용하고 있는 별도의 용기로 통과시켜 방향족 화합물을 포화시키는 단계와,(e) 상기 후처리 수소화 반응 구역으로부터 얻어지는 배출물의 적어도 일부를 응축시켜, 상기 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료보다 낮은 온도에서 비등하는 탄화수소 화합물을 포함하는 제2 액체 흐름과, 수소 및 황화수소를 포함하는 제2 증기 흐름을 생성하는 단계와,(f) 상기 제2 증기 흐름의 적어도 일부를 상기 수소화분해 구역으로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소 및 황화수소를 포함하는 상기 제2 증기 흐름을 처리해서 황화수소의 적어도 일부를 제거하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 증기 흐름은 50 wppm 미만의 황화수소를 포함하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탄화수소 공급 원료는 315℃ 내지 565℃의 범위에서 비등하고, 상기 제2 탄화수소 공급 원료는 149℃ 내지 382℃의 범위에서 비등하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온·고압의 탈거장치는 상기 수소화분해 구역과 거의 동일한 온도 및 압력에서 작동하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온·고압의 탈거장치는 상기 수소화분해 구역의 유출구 온도보다 84℃ 만큼 낮은 온도에서, 그리고 상기 수소화분해 구역의 유출구 압력보다 1.03 mPa 만큼 낮은 압력에서 작동하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소화분해 구역은 10% 내지 50% 범위의 패스당 전환율로 작동하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소화분해 구역은 20% 내지 40% 범위의 패스당 전환율로 작동하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 액체 흐름의 적어도 일부가 상기 수소화분해 구역으로 재순환되는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리 수소화 반응 구역은 204℃ 내지 482℃의 온도와 3.44 mPa 내지 17.2 mPa의 압력을 포함하는 반응 구역 조건에서 작동하는 것인 수소화처리 방법.
