Claims (10)
- 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 관형 본체(2); 관형 본체(2)의 후방 단부(4)에 체결되는 제1 단부(5)와 관형 본체(2)의 후방 단부(4)로부터 연장되는 제2 단부(7)를 구비하는 케이블 어댑터(6); 광섬유 코어의 단부를 수용하기 위하여 관형 본체(2)의 전방 단부(3)를 통해 연장되는 긴 부유 페룰(18)로서, 관형 본체(2) 내에 이동 가능하게 수용되고 전방 단부와 후방 단부 사이에서 관형 본체(2)에 마련한 숄더 수단(11)에 당접하게 되는 당접 수단(19)을 가지는 관형 페룰 홀더(13)에 조립되는 부유 페룰(18); 관형 본체(2)의 숄더 수단(11)에 대해서 페룰 홀더(13)의 당접 수단(19)을 압박하도록 케이블 어댑터(6)의 제1 단부(5)와 페룰 홀더(13)의 당접 수단(19)의 사이에서 편향된 코일 스프링(21)을 포함하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트(1)의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 케이블 어댑터(6)의 제1 단부(5) 상에 관형 본체(2)의 후방 단부(4)를 성형하는 단계와;상기 관형 본체(2)의 전방 단부(3)를 통해 상기 코일 스프링(21) 및 페룰 홀더(13)를 삽입하는 단계와;상기 페룰 홀더(13)의 당접 수단(19)을 강제적으로 통과시킴으로써, 관형 본체(2)의 숄더 수단(11) 및 전방 단부(3)를 적어도 부분적으로 반경 방향으로 순간 확장시키는 단계와;상기 케이블 어댑터(6)의 제1 단부(5)와 상기 페룰 홀더(13)의 당접 수단(19) 사이에서 상기 코일 스프링(21)을 압박하는 단계와;당접 수단(19)이 통과한 후 관형 본체(2)의 전방 단부(3) 및 숄더 수단(11)을 반경 방향으로 재수축하게 하는 단계와;당접 수단(19)이 숄더 수단(11)을 포획할 수 있게 하는 단계; 그리고,당접 수단(19)이 코일 스프링(21)의 편향력에 의해 숄더 수단(11)에 당접할 수 있도록, 상기 페룰 홀더(13)를 풀어주는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 본체(2)의 후방 단부(4)는 케이블 어댑터(6)의 제1 단부(5)의 톱니형 표면(8) 상에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 숄더 수단은 관형 본체(2)에 성형되어 있는 윈도우(10)의 단부벽(11)에 의해 형성되고, 이 윈도우(10) 내에 각각 수용되도록 적용된 페룰 홀더(13)의 반경 방향 돌출부(19)에 의해 당접 수단이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 관형 본체(2)에는 직경 방향으로 대향하는 2개의 윈도우(10)가 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관형 본체(2)의 전방 단부(3)는 서로 동일한 각도 간격을 두고 성형된 복수 개의 종방향 슬롯(12)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관형 본체(2)의 전방 단부(3)에는 4개의 종방향 슬롯(12)이 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 관형 본체(2)에는 직경방향으로 대향하는 2개의 윈도우(10)가 성형되며, 상기 슬롯(12) 중 2개는 각각 상기 윈도우(10)와 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 숄더 수단은 관형 본체(2)의 환형 내벽에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 당접 수단은 페룰 홀더(13)의 원판형 부분에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 페룰 홀더(13)는 서로에 대해 나사 결합되는 2개의 부분(14, 15)으로 구성되며, 제1 부분(15)은 당접 수단을 지지하고, 나머지 부분(14)은 페룰(18)을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 수형 콘택트의 제조 방법.
