Claims (4)
- 중심판이 내식성의 금속판으로 이루어지는 분리판에 있어서,상기 중심판의 중심부를 그 표면과 이면 모두에 안내돌기와 안내홈이 형성되도록 주름구조 형상으로 가공되어 형성된 채널부와; 상기 채널부의 가장자리에 위치하며, 상기 중심판과 일체이며 서로 대향되는 제1주변부 및 제2주변부를 상방으로 절곡시키되, 상기 중심판의 중심부 쪽으로 향하여 개방된 상태의 ‘ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡시켜 상기 중심판에 일체로 형성된 제1측벽부 및 제2측벽부와; 상기 중심판과 일체이며 서로 대향되는 제3주변부 및 제4주변부를 상방으로 절곡시켜 상기 중심판에 일체로 형성된 제3측벽부 및 제4측벽부를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 제1측벽부와 제2측벽부의 양측단부들 중 제4측벽부의 상방에 위치하는 단부들에 고정된 제1단부판과, 상기 제1측벽부와 제2측벽부의 양측단부들 중 제3측벽부의 상방 쪽의 단부들은 개방된 상태가 되도록 상기 중심판의 제3측벽부 쪽 가장자리에 상기 제1측벽부와 제2측벽부 사이에 위치하도록 고정된 제5측벽부와, 상기 제3측벽부의 개방된 단부들에 고정된 제2밀봉판 및 제3밀봉판, 그리고 상기 제4측벽부의 개방된 단부들에 고정된 제4밀봉판 및 제5밀봉판을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안내돌기와 안내홈들은 연속되는 주름구조의 형상으로 성형되어 분리판 전면적에 유로가 분포되도록 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판.
- 분리판의 제조에 있어서,(1) 중심판을 하나의 중심부와 이를 중심으로 사방으로 위치하는 4개의 주변부들이 형성되도록 재단하는 준비단계;(2) 상기 중심판의 중심부에 안내돌기와 안내홈들을 형성시키는 채널형성단계;(3) 상기 채널이 형성된 중심부를 니켈코팅시키고, 주변부들을 내식코팅시키는 코팅단계; 및(4) 상기 주변부들을 절곡시켜 측벽부들을 형성시키는 성형단계;들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 분리판의 제조방법.
