Field of invention
The present invention relates to a waste silk blend yarn and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waste silk blend yarn that can be recycled into raw materials such as yarn or nonwoven fabric by blending it with wool in an appropriate ratio in order to recycle the discarded waste silk and a method of manufacturing the same.
Background of the Invention
Silk has the best feel and natural gloss among all the fibers. It has excellent elasticity, resilience and hygroscopicity, and has a large air layer, making it a popular textile and warmth material.
Looking at the main process of producing waste silk during the manufacturing process of silk fabric, it can be divided into weaving process and sewing process. It can be divided into residues remaining in the woodwind within the shuttle and salvia cut from the rapier loom. In the case of the sewing process, such as ovule or swatch fabric remaining after cutting.
Waste silk generated in the weaving or sewing process accounts for about 10% of the domestic silk fabric production. However, since the recycling technology for these waste silks has not been developed yet, all of them are thrown away as waste, which is a big factor in waste of foreign currency.
Waste silk is a natural material with excellent hygroscopicity and warmth, so if it can be recycled, it can be developed as a high value-added product, and the use of waste silk is very important in terms of environmental protection and recycling of high-quality materials. .
Korean Patent Publication No. 1990-16510 discloses a method for manufacturing a plush using silk waste snow. However, the product produced from the method can not be used as a raw material such as yarn, there is a problem that can be used only as a cotton (cotton).
In general, the waste silk collected in the weaving and weaving process is difficult in the carding process because there is no natural twist. To this end, even if mixed with other fibers it is impossible to produce a uniform web, there is a problem that can not be used in the actual process, such as workability or degradation of the properties of the final product.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors use waste silk blended yarn which can be recycled to raw materials such as spun yarn and nonwoven fabric by mixing the waste silk in a proper combination and wool at an appropriate ratio, and a manufacturing method thereof. It is early to develop.
Disclosure of Invention An object of the present invention is to provide a waste silk blended yarn which can be used for various purposes such as spun yarn and nonwoven fabric, and a manufacturing method thereof.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a waste silk blended yarn and a method for producing the same, by mixing and processing the waste silk with wool at an appropriate ratio, thereby enabling uniform web production and without deteriorating the physical properties of the final product.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a waste silk blend yarn having excellent workability and a method of manufacturing the same.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly waste silk blend yarn and a method for producing the same by recycling the waste silk that is discarded.
The above and other objects of the present invention can be achieved by the present invention described in detail below.
Summary of the Invention

Hereinafter, the content of the present invention will be described in detail.
Detailed Description of the Invention
Combination and classification process
Waste silk used in the present invention can be used for all collected in the weaving, weaving, sewing process. Waste generated after the production of silk fabrics can also be a raw material for woolen spinning, and these are processed through a Garnett process to cut the fibers, pre-open and re-use them.
In area spinning, exhaustion spinning, hemp spinning, etc., each material is mixed evenly through doubling to solve the disproportionation of the fiber. However, in the present invention, there is no doubling step, and such a role is performed in the combination step. The combination process collects a variety of small amounts of raw materials to make a large amount of uniform products, which is an important process that determines the quality of the final product depending on how uniformly the combination is well done.
Since the collected waste silks are usually dyed in various colors, the combined waste silks are classified by color. If you disperse the waste silk of all colors at once without color classification, the quality of the product is deteriorated because it needs to be dyed separately.
In addition, the refined pesilk of the sorted waste silk is directly divided, but the unrefined waste silk undergoes a refining process.
The refining process is a process for preventing the static electricity and spinning troubles before the carding process in earnest, the raw material is sufficiently wet, and is a process for the smooth carding process. In other words, to give flexibility to the fibers to reduce the friction coefficient between the fibers to prevent cutting to facilitate the draping, and to prevent the scattering of fibers due to the antistatic and airflow of the factory environment.
The emulsion used in the refining process is commercially easy to purchase, and the mixture of vegetable alcohol, mineral oil, liquid paraffin wax, and nonionic activator with higher alcohol sulfate ester is easily removed by washing with water after use. .
Carding Process
The sorted waste silk is inserted into a woolen card and subjected to carding while being divided to produce a thin fiber membrane-shaped web.
The woolen card is used by connecting three roller cards, and the first card preliminarily reclaims the raw material that is tightly bound by a cylinder wound with a breaker card. The second intermediate card is simple in structure and feeds the material into the cylinder with a feed roller and a small, long needle. The third condenser card is connected to a condenser that divides the web from the doffer to make a large number of probes. In the woolen card, raw materials are mixed to some extent in the longitudinal direction, but are not mixed in the horizontal direction, and therefore, an automatic bristle device and an intermediate feeding device are required.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when carding the waste silk, carding by mixing the shuttleland wool (Shetland Wool): waste silk = 50%: 50% ratio.
In another embodiment of the present invention, carding is used in a mixed ratio of ramswool: waste silk = 72%: 28%.
In another embodiment of the present invention, carding is carried out by mixing ramsoul: waste silk = 75%: 25%.
In another embodiment of the present invention, carding is carried out by mixing in a ratio of: silk: waste silk = 70%: 30%.
If the ratio is out of the range, it is impossible to manufacture a uniform web, and the touch is poor, which limits the use.
Square process
After roving the web produced through the carding process in a conventional manner, it is spun in a spinning machine.
The Shuttleland wool (Shetland Wool): waste silk = 50%: 50% when mixed at a ratio of common twist 1/3 square Tm it is preferable to square with a twist of 5.5 TPI.
The ramsool: waste silk = 72%: 28% when mixed at a ratio of the square of the common number 1 / 5Nm in the spinning machine it is preferable to spin with a twist number of 5 TPI.
The ram wool: waste silk = 75%: 25% when mixed at a ratio of common twist 1/9 Nm it is preferable to square at a twist of 5.5 TPI.
When mixed with the ram wool: waste silk = 70%: 30% ratio, it is preferable to spin at a twist number of 9 TPI with a thickness of common number 2/24 Nm and to twist at 4.6 TPI.
The blended yarn produced in the spinning process is manufactured as a final product after the usual winding process.
Waste silk blended yarn produced by the method of the present invention can be used as interior fabrics, bedding (carpet and blanket) and knit yarn or handicraft yarn, non-woven fabric can be used for high value-added medical as well as industrial.
The present invention will be further illustrated by the following examples, which are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit or limit the scope of the present invention.
실시예Example 1 One
The refined waste silk classified into the same color series was carded by using a roller card system in a shuttleland wool: waste silk = 50%: 50% ratio, and then roving using a tape condenser. Thereafter, the mixed yarn was spun with a twist number of 4.5 TPI with a thickness of 1 / 3Nm in common in a mulberry spinning machine. In the carding process, it was confirmed that a uniform web in the form of a thin fibrous membrane was produced, and the tensile strength, the touch, and the thermal insulation were evaluated for the manufactured product.
실시예Example 2 2
Ramswool: waste silk = 72%: 28% mixed carding (carding), the same as in Example 1 except that the yarn was prepared by spinning with a twist of 5 TPI with a thickness of common number 1 / 5Nm Was performed.
실시예Example 3 3
Ramswool: waste silk = 75%: 25% mixed carding (carding), the same as in Example 1 except for producing a mixed yarn by spinning with a twist number of 7 TPI with a thickness of common number 1/9 Nm Was performed.
실시예Example 4 4
Ramswool: Waste silk = 70%: 30% mixed carding (carding), with the thickness of common number 2/24 Nm squared with a twist number of 9 TPI, and twisted at 4.6 TPI to produce a blended yarn It was performed in the same manner as in Example 1.
