- 지지필름상에 페이스트 조성물을 도포하여 형성된 막형성 재료층을 포함하는 그린 시트를 형성하는 제 1 단계;상기 그린 시트의 막형성 재료층을 전극이 형성된 기판상에 전사하는 제 2 단계; 및상기 기판상에 전사된 상기 막형성 재료층을 소성하는 제 3 단계를 포함하되,상기 제 2 단계는, 상기 기판의 예열 온도가 40℃ 내지 100℃이고, 상기 그린시트와 기판의 간격이 2mm 이하를 유지하는 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 유전체층 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계와 제 3 단계 사이에는, 상기 지지필름을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 유전체층 제조방법.

- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계는, 상기 그린시트의 가열 롤러의 온도가 50℃ 내지 100℃인 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 유전체층 제조방법.

- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계는, 상기 그린시트의 가열 롤러의 압력이 2kgf/cm2 내지 10kgf/cm2인 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 유전체층 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 페이스트 조성물은 50wt% 내지 70wt%의 PbO계 유리 분말, 15wt% 내지 25wt%의 결합 수지, 0.1wt% 내지 2wt%의 분산제, 0.1wt% 내지 5wt%의 가소제 및 10wt% 내지 30wt%의 용제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 유전체층 제조방법.
