Claims (4)
- 케이스 내부에 설치되어 저장된 물을 전기분해시키기 위한 것으로서, 상단에 가스가 배출되기 위한 제1구멍(11)이 형성되고, 하단에 물이 유입되기 위한 제2구멍(12)이 형성된 절연성 테두리(10);상기 절연성 테두리(10)의 내부에 상호 이격되게 설치되며 상부측에 상기 제1구멍(11)과 연통되는 제3구멍(21)(31)이 형성된 것으로서, 그 표면에 수많은 구멍이 형성된 다공성의 제1전극(20)(30);상기 절연성 테두리 내부에서 상기 한쌍의 제1전극(20)(30)의 외측에 이격되게 설치되는 한쌍의 제2전극(40)(50);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해조용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극(20)(30) 각각은,중앙에 위치되는 베이스층(25)(35)과, 상기 베이스층(25)(35)의 양측에 용접되는 것으로서 서스알갱이가 소결처리되어 판형상으로 구현된 반응층(26)(36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해조용 전극구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베이스층(25)(35)은 서스 316 재질의 판에 니켈이 도금되어 구현되고, 상기 반응층(26)(36)을 구성하는 서스알갱이는 서스 304 재질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해조용 전극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극(20)(30) 각각은,중앙에 위치되는 베이스층(27)(37)과, 상기 베이스층(27)(37)의 양측에 용접되는 것으로서 수많은 홈(28a)(38a)이 벌집형상으로 형성된 판형상의 반응층(28)(38)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해조용 전극구조체.
