Claims (7)
- (1) 2 종 이상의 미생물을 시험하고자 하는 항생제의 존재 하에 공동 배양하는 단계; 및(2) 얻어진 배양물의 게놈 DNA로부터 중합효소 연쇄 반응 (PCR)에 의해 각 미생물의 16S rRNA (ribosomal RNA) 유전자를 증폭시킨 후, 단일쇄 형태변환 다형성 전기영동을 수행하여 각 미생물의 세포 농도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는,2 종 이상의 미생물에 대한 항생제의 항균활성을 동시에 분석하는 방법.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 프라이머쌍이 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머 쌍인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
