Claims (4)
- 압출 가공에 의해 금속관을 축경하기 위한 관통공을 갖는 다이로서,상기 관통공은, 입구측으로부터 차례로 벨, 어프로치 및 베어링에서 연속적으로 형성된 내면을 갖고,상기 벨에서의 관통공의 직경은 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 작아지고,상기 어프로치에서의 관통공의 직경은 입구측에서 D1이고, 출구측에서 D2이며, 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 작아지고, 식 (1)을 만족하며, 직경이 D3=D2/0.97인 내면의 다이 반각은, 상기 D3의 내면보다 출구측에 있는 내면의 다이 반각 이상이고, 또한 상기 D3의 내면으로부터 D2의 내면까지의 축 방향의 거리(LR)는 식 (2)를 만족하고,상기 베어링에서의 관통공의 직경은 D2로 일정하고, 길이는 LB이며, 또한 식 (3)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이.0.7≤D2/D1<0.97 (1)20≤LR/((D3-D2)/2)≤115 (2)0.3≤LB/D2≤10 (3)
- 압출 가공에 의해 금속관을 축경하기 위한 관통공을 갖는 다이로서, 상기 관통공은 입구측으로부터 차례로 벨, 어프로치 및 베어링에서 연속적으로 형성된 내 면을 갖고, 상기 벨에서의 관통공의 직경은 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 작아지고, 상기 어프로치에서의 관통공의 직경은 입구측에서 D1이고, 출구측에서 D2이며, 입구측으로부터 출구측을 향해 서서히 작아지고, 식 (1)을 만족하며, 직경이 D3=D2/0.97인 내면의 다이 반각은, 상기 D3의 내면보다 출구측에 있는 내면의 다이 반각 이상이고, 또한 상기 D3의 내면으로부터 D2의 내면까지의 축 방향의 거리(LR)는 식 (2)를 만족하고, 상기 베어링에서의 관통공의 직경은 D2로 일정하고, 길이는 LB이며, 또한 식 (3)을 만족하는 다이에 금속관을 축 방향으로 압입하는 공정과,상기 압입한 금속관의 단부를 상기 다이의 출구측으로부터 소정의 거리까지 압출하고, 층이 지어진 금속관으로 하는 공정과,압출을 멈추고, 압출한 방향과 반대의 방향으로 상기 층이 지어진 금속관을 발취하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 층이 지어진 금속관의 제조방법.0.7≤D2/D1<0.97 (1)20≤LR/((D3-D2)/2)≤115 (2)0.3≤LB/D2≤10 (3)
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 금속관을 만네스만법에 의해 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층이 지어진 금속관의 제조방법.
- 제1 원통부, 테이퍼부 및 제2 원통부의 순으로 연속적으로 형성된 금속관으로서,상기 제1 원통부의 외경은 DA이고,상기 제2 원통부의 외경은 상기 DA보다 작은 DB이고,상기 테이퍼부의 외경은, 상기 제1 원통부로부터 제2 원통부를 향해 DA로부터 DB로 서서히 작아지고, 또한, 외경이 DC=DB/0.97인 표면으로부터 DB인 표면까지의 축 방향의 거리(LE)가 식 (4)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층이 지어진 금속관.20≤LE/((DC-DB)/2)≤115 (4)
