Claims (12)
- 표면 형상을 갖는 모재를 제공하는 제1단계;단일금속 또는 합금 분말과, 상기 단일금속 또는 합금의 금속원소와 반응하여 상기 단일금속 또는 합금으로 이루어진 기지 내에서 별도의 화합물을 형성하는 반응물질 중에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 반응물질 분말을 포함하는 금속 혼합 분말을 공급하는 제2단계;상기 금속 혼합 분말에 고압가스를 제공하는 제3단계;초음속 노즐로 상기 고압가스와 상기 금속 혼합 분말을 상기 모재로 분사하여 상기 모재 표면에 상기 금속 혼합 분말 성형체를 제조하는 제4단계; 및상기 성형체를 열처리하여 상기 금속 혼합 분말 성형체 내에 상기 별도의 화합물을 형성하는 제5단계를 포함하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 별도의 화합물은 금속간화합물이고, 상기 반응물질은 상기 단일금속 또는 합금의 금속원소와 금속간 화합물을 형성하는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단일금속 또는 합금의 분말은 Al, Ti, Ni, Fe, Cr 또는 이들 합금의 분 말이고,상기 반응물질은 Al, Ti, Ni, Fe 및 Cr으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 상기 단일금속 또는 합금 분말인 물질을 제외하고 이로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단일금속 또는 합금의 분말은 Al 또는 이 합금의 분말이고,상기 반응물질은 Ti, Ni, Fe 및 Cr으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속 분말이고,상기 열처리 단계는 적어도 500 ℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단일 금속 또는 합금분말의 최종적으로 코팅되는 분말의 평균직경은 50 내지 90 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반응물질의 최종적으로 코팅되는 분말의 평균직경은 최대로 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고압가스의 압력은 최대로 10 kgf/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제4단계에서의 분사에 따른 상기 모재 표면의 상기 금속 혼합 분말 성형체 제조는 그 효율이 최대로 50 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제4단계에서의 분사시의 가스의 온도는 250 내지 350 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열처리 단계는 최대로 상기 금속 혼합 분말 성형체의 기지에서 상기 별도의 화합물의 공융 온도 또는 포정온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 혼합 분말 성형체를 상기 모재로부터 분리하는 제6단계를 더 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금 형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 분산강화 합금 형성방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산강화 합금.
