Claims (19)
- 압전 세라믹 분말과 가요성을 가지는 유기 고분자를 포함하는 압전 조성물 감압체와,상기 압전 조성물 감압체에 접속된 제1 전극과,상기 압전 조성물 감압체에 접속되고 상기 제1 전극과 절연된 제2 전극과,상기 압전 세라믹 분말의 외 측에 설치된, 증류수에 대한 접촉 각이 125°이상 180°미만인 발수성의 피복 층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 피복 층은 상기 압전 세라믹 분말의 표면에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 피복 층은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체의 적어도 표면의 일부를 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체를 덮고, 상기 피복 층은 적어도 상기 제1 전극의 표면과 상기 제2 전극의 표면을 덮고,적어도 상기 피복 층을 덮는 보호층을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 조성물 감압체는 상기 제1 전극을 덮고, 상기 제2 전극은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체를 덮고, 상기 피복 층은 적어도 상기 제2 전극의 일부를 덮고,적어도 상기 피복 층을 덮는 보호층을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.

- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 피복 층은 단 분자 층으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 분말은 주기율표 제1 족의 원소, 주기율표 제2A 족의 원소의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 페로브스카이트 구조를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 분말은, 주성분이 티탄산 비스무트·나트륨, 티탄산 바륨, 니오브산 나트륨, 니오브산 칼륨의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자는 열가소성 엘라스토머, 고무의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머는 염소화 폴리에틸렌, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 조성물 감압체는 티탄 커플링 제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제12 항에 있어서, 상기 티탄 커플링 제는 이소프로폭시트리이소스테아로일티타네이트, 이소프로폭시트리스·디옥틸파이로포스페이트·티타네이트의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 분말의 비 유전율이 0보다 크고 1000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- (A) 압전 세라믹 분말과 가요성을 가지는 유기 고분자를 혼합하여 압전 조성물 감압체를 형성하는 단계와,(B) 상기 압전 조성물 감압체에 접속되는 제1 전극을 설치하는 단계와,(C) 상기 압전 조성물 감압체에 접속되는 제2 전극을 상기 제1 전극과 절연하도록 설치하는 단계와,(D) 증류수에 대한 접촉 각이 125°이상 180°미만인 발수성의 피복 층을, 적어도 상기 압전 세라믹 분말의 외 측에 설치하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(D)에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹 분말의 표면에 상기 피복 층을 설치하고, 상기 단계(D)의 후에 상기 단계(A)를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(A)의 후, 상기 단계(D)에 있어서 상기 압전 조성물 감압체의 적어도 표면의 일부에 상기 피복 층을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(B, C)에 있어서 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체를 덮도록 설치되고,상기 단계(B, C) 후, 상기 단계(D)에서 적어도 상기 제1 전극의 표면과, 상기 제2 전극의 표면에 상기 피복 층을 설치하고,적어도 상기 피복 층을 덮는 보호층을 설치하는 단계를 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(B)에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체에 덮이도록 설치되고,상기 단계(C)에 있어서, 상기 제2 전극은 상기 압전 조성물 감압체를 덮도록 설치되고,상기 단계(D)에 있어서, 적어도 상기 제2 전극의 표면의 일부에 상기 피복 층을 설치하고,적어도 상기 피복 층을 덮는 보호층을 설치하는 단계를 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자의 제조 방법.
