Description
Claims (10)
- 다수의 스캔라인과 다수의 데이터라인으로 정의되는 화소영역과;상기 화소영역 각각에 대응하여 형성되어 있는 화소전극과;상기 화소전극상에 형성되고, 기판 전면에 형성되어 발광영역을 노출시키는 개구부를 포함하고 있는 광차단막과;상기 개구부의 상기 화소전극상에 형성된 유기발광층과;상기 유기발광층상에 형성된 대향전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소영역에는 1 또는 복수개의 박막 트랜지스터가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화소영역에 각각 대응되는 다수의 비어홀을 구비하는 절연막을 더 포함하며,상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 화소전극은 상기 비어홀을 통해 전기적으로 콘택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 상부층은 ITO 또는 IZO 로 이루어진 투명도전막이고, 하부층은 Al, Al합금, Ag 및 Ag합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나로 이루어진 반사막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 상부층은 ITO 또는 IZO 로 이루어진 투명도전막이고, 하부층은 Al, Al합금, Ag 및 Ag합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나로 이루어진 물질과 ITO, IZO, Cr, Mo, Mo합금 및 Ti로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나로 이루어진 물질로 형성되는 적층막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 Cr/CrOx 또는 카본블랙으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 투명절연물질과 금속물질의 농도구배층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 투명절연물질은 SiO2 또는 SiNx로 이루어지고, 상기 금속물질은 Cr, Mo, W, Ag, Cu 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 박막 트랜지스터를 구비하는 절연기판상에 절연막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 절연막상에 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 일부분을 노출시키는 비어홀을 형성하는 단계와;상기 절연막상에 상기 비어홀을 통해 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 노출된 일부분과 연결되는 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소전극상에 광차단막을 기판 전면에 형성하는 단계와;상기 광차단막의 일부분을 노출시키는 개구부를 구비하는 화소정의막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소정의막이 덮이지 않는 부분의 광차단막을 제거하는 단계와;상기 개구부를 포함한 상기 화소전극상에 유기발광층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기발광층을 포함한 기판전면에 대향전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 화소정의막을 식각 마스크로하여 건식 또는 습식식각으로 광차단막을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
