Claims (7)
- 축산분뇨가 유입되는 저류조;상기 저류조로부터 나온 축산분뇨의 생물학적 처리를 위한 무산소조 및 포기조로 구성된 생물 반응조;생물학적 처리된 축산분뇨를 응집시켜 고액분리시키는 탈수기;상기 탈수기로부터 나온 탈수여액 및 여과포 세척액을 분리하여 여과시키는 여과기; 및고온의 압축공기를 냉각시켜 생물반응조의 포기조에 공급하여 포기조의 온도를 낮추는 공기냉각시설를 포함하고,상기 축산분뇨가 유입되는 저류조는 일반시기에 축산분뇨가 유입되는 제 1 저류조, 특별시기에 축산분뇨가 유입되는 제 2 저류조 및 제 1 저류조 및 제 2 저류조의 축산분뇨를 혼합하는 제 3 저류조로 이루어진 3단계 저류장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 저류조 및 제 3 저류조는 혼합이 가능한 구조이며, 제 2 저류조는 선입선출이 가능한 구조인 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 생물 반응조의 포기조에는 포기조 하부의 폐수를 상부로 끌어올려 분산살포하여 반응조 내부의 혼합 증대 및 반응조 하부의 혐기화를 방지하는 내부순환라인 및 무산소조와 포기조 순환수의 확산을 극대화하는 순환수 분산판이 더 구비되는 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 생물반응조 및 탈수기 사이에 탈수 전에 생물학적 처리된 축산분뇨를 보관하는 탈수액 저류조 및 상기 탈수액 저류조 전단에 설치되어 미생물 활성 저하시 포기조로 미생물을 보충하는 미생물활성유지조를 더 구비하는 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 여과기의 역세척수의 폐액처리를 위하여 폐역세척수 농축침전조를 더 구비하는 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공기냉각시설로부터 유출된 순환수를 저장하는 순환수(온수) 저류조 및 냉각수 저류조와 분리하고 순환수(온수)저류조수를 응집제 용해액으로 이용하도록 구비되는 축산분뇨의 처리장치.
- 축산분뇨를 3단계 저류조에서 균일한 농도 및 저독성이 되도록 전처리하는 단계;상기 전처리된 축산분뇨를 생물반응조의 무산소조를 거쳐 포기조에서 질산화시키고, 무산소조에서 탈질시키는 단계;생물학적 처리된 축산분뇨를 화학적으로 응집시켜 고액분리시키는 탈수 단 계; 및 상기 탈수 단계로부터 나온 탈수 여액, 여과포 세척수 및 역세척수를 분리하여 여과하는 단계;를 포함하는 축산분뇨의 처리방법.
