Claims (9)
- 양단(兩端)을 갖는 중앙부로서 그 양단의 사이에서 분할되어 있는 것이 허용된 중앙부와, 상기 중앙부의 양단으로부터 서로 점대칭으로 연장된 2개의 측부와, 상기 중앙부의 양단으로부터 그 중앙부를 사이에 두고 서로 점대칭이면서 비선대칭으로 연장된, 상기 측부에 대해서 접리(接離)하는 방향으로 회동 가능한 2개의 암(arm)부를 갖는 힌지 판과,상기 힌지 판의 2개의 암부가 쌍방 모두 고착된, 전압이 인가 개방되어 신축됨으로써 상기 2개의 암부를 서로 이반(離反) 접근시키는 압전 소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액추에이터.
- 소정의 정보 기억 매체에 대한 정보 기록 및 정보 재생 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 행하는 헤드가 탑재된 헤드부와,상기 헤드부에 탑재되어 있는 헤드가 상기 정보 기억 매체에 대해서 근접 또는 접촉되도록 상기 헤드부를 유지하는 암부와,상기 암부를 구동함으로써, 그 암부에 유지된 헤드부에 탑재된 헤드를 상기 정보 기억 매체를 따라 이동시키는 암부 액추에이터와,상기 암부에 대해서 상기 헤드부를 회동시키는 헤드부 액추에이터를 구비하고,상기 헤드부 액추에이터가,양단을 갖는 중앙부로서 그 양단의 사이에서 분할되어 있는 것이 허용된 중앙부, 상기 중앙부의 양단으로부터 서로 점대칭으로 연장된 2개의 측부, 및 상기 중앙부의 양단으로부터 그 중앙부를 사이에 두고 서로 점대칭이면서 비선대칭으로 연장된, 상기 측부에 대해서 접리하는 방향으로 회동 가능한 2개의 암부를 갖는 힌지 판과,상기 힌지 판의 2개의 암부가 쌍방 모두 고착된, 전압이 인가 개방되어 신축됨으로써 상기 2개의 암부를 서로 이반 접근시키는 압전 소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 헤드부 액추에이터가 상기 헤드부를 상기 헤드부의 무게중심을 중심으로 하여 회동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 힌지 판이 상기 암부와 일체로 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 힌지 판이 상기 헤드부와 일체로 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압전 소자가 압전 종(縱)효과(33 모드)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액추에이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압전 소자가 압전 횡(橫)효과(31 모드)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 액추에이터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 압전 소자가 압전 종(縱)효과(33 모드)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 압전 소자가 압전 횡(橫)효과(31 모드)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기억 장치.
