Claims (9)
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 발광층을 포함하는 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 발광층이,나노 금속 입자를 포함하며, 상기 나노 금속 입자의 표면에 유기층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 적색 발광 물질, 청색 발광 물질및 녹색 발광 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 발광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 금속 입자의 함량은 발광층 형성용 발광 물질 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발광 물질이 플루오렌계 고분자, 스피로플루오렌계 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬아민, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬티올, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬에스테르, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬아미드, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬시클로알킬아민, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬시클로알킬티올, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬시클로알킬알콜, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬시클로알킬에스테르, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C50의 알킬시클로알킬아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유기층이 도데실아민, 도데실티올, 도데실아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 금속 입자가 리튬(Li), 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 마그네슘(Mg), 알루미늄(Al), 실리콘(Si), 게르마늄(Ge), 인듐안티몬(InSb), 금(Au), 은(Ag)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 금속 입자의 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 50nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층의 두께가 0.1 내지 20nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 소자.
