Claims (11)
- 완전혼합식 연속반응기, 단량체 용액 저장조, 및 개시제 용액 저장조를 포함하는 중합장치를 이용한 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법에 있어서,a) 단량체 용액 저장조 및 개시제 용액 저장조에 각각 단량체 용액과 개시제 용액을 공급하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계의 단량체 용액 저장조 및 개시제 용액 저장조의 용존산소량을 0.0001 내지 3 ppm으로 유지하면서 단량체 용액 및 개시제 용액을 완전혼합식 연속반응기에 각각 분리 공급하거나 연속반응기 공급 직전에 혼합하여 공급하는 단계; 및c) 상기 b)단계에서 연속반응기에 공급된 용액의 혼합물을 70 내지 150 ℃의 온도, 상압 내지 10 기압에서 평균체류시간을 30 내지 240 분으로 유지하면서 연속적으로 괴상중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 단량체 용액이 ⅰ) 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체 및 ⅱ) 분자량 조절제를 포함하고, 상기 개시제 용액이 ⅰ) 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체, ⅱ) 분자량 조절제, 및 ⅲ) 40∼135 ℃의 10 시간 반감기 온도를 갖는 개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)의 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체가 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소옥틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 이소노닐(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기를 가지는 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)의 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체가 이와 공중합 가능한 극성 아크릴계 단량체와 혼합하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 극성 아크릴계 단량체가 (메타)아크릴산, 말레인산, 또는 푸마르산의 카르복실기를 함유하는 단량체; 하이드록시(메타)아크릴레이트, 또는 하이드록시(메타)메틸아크릴레이트의 하이드록시기를 함유하는 단량체; 및 아크릴 이미드, N-비닐 피롤리돈 또는 N-비닐 카프로락탐의 질소를 함유한 단량체로 이루어지는 군으 로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 극성 아크릴계 단량체를 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼20 중량부로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)의 아크릴계 에스테르 단량체가 스티렌 또는 벤조일(메타)아크릴레이트의 불포화 단량체를 추가로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅱ)의 분자량 조절제가 머캅탄(mercaptan)류 연쇄이동제로서 티올기(-SH)를 갖는 유기 화합물에서 1 종 이상 선택되는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅱ)의 분자량 조절제가 단량체 총 중량 대비 0.0001 내지 5 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)의 개시제가 40∼135 ℃의 10 시간 반감기 온도를 갖는 아조계 개시 제 또는 퍼옥사이드계 개시제에서 단독 혹은 2 종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)의 개시제가 단량체 총중량 대비 0.00001 내지 1 중량%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 최종 중합전환율이 30 내지 70 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 에스테르 폴리머 시럽의 제조방법.
