Claims (13)
- 투명한 기재시트와, 상기 기재시트의 일측면에 적층되는 광확산층 및 상기 기재시트의 타측면에 적층되는 블로킹 방지층을 구비하되,상기 블로킹 방지층은 열경화성 수지로 이루어지는 블로킹 방지층 수지 및 블로킹 방지층 입자로 이루어지되, 상기 블로킹 방지층 입자의 재질은 아크릴, 폴리우레탄, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리아미드 및 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이고,상기 기재시트는 하기 수학식1의 굴절율을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산시트.[수학식 1]SR = l(Nmax - Nz)/(Ntd -Nmd)l > 20Nz ≤ 1.494단, SR : 기재시트의 3차원 굴절상수Nmax : MD(길이방향) 또는 TD(폭방향)굴절율값 중 수치가 큰 값Nz : 시트의 두께 방향 굴절율Ntd : 시트의 폭(Transvers Direction) 방향 굴절율Nmd : 시트의 길이(Machinary Direction) 방향 굴절율
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산층은 수지 및 확산입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지는 열경화형 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 확산입자의 재질은 아크릴, 폴리우레탄, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리아미드 및 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 확산입자의 입경은 0.1 ~ 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지내의 폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 상기 확산입자가 0.1 ~ 1000 중량부가 배합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산층의 두께는 0.2 ~ 500㎛인것을 특징으로 하는 상기 확산시트.
