Claims (73)
- 신장력의 인가시 원래 비신장 폭보다 25 % 이상 횡방향 연장이 가능하고 60 초 후 신장력의 이완시 신장 폭과 원래 폭간의 차가 0 내지 30 % 이하이도록 수축가능한 필름 (100); 및신장력의 인가시 원래 비신장 폭보다 25 % 이상 횡방향 연장이 가능하고 60 초 후 신장력의 이완시 신장 폭과 원래 폭간의 차가 30 % 이하이도록 수축가능한, 상기 필름 (100)에 라미네이팅된 섬유상 부직 웹 (20)을 포함하며, 필름 (100)에 라미네이팅되기 전에 부직 웹 (20)을 본래 길이의 1.2 내지 1.6배로 넥-신장하여 부직 웹이 종방향 (16)으로 신장되고 횡방향 (18)으로 좁혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착용자의 신체 윤곽에 정합가능한 실질적으로 액체-불투과성인 라미네이트 (32).
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 (100) 및 섬유상 부직 웹 (20)이 신장력의 인가시 원래 비신장 폭보다 35 % 이상 더 큰 신장 폭으로 횡방향 연장이 가능한 것인 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 (100) 및 섬유상 부직 웹 (20)이 신장력의 인가시 원래 비신장 폭보다 50 % 이상 더 큰 신장 폭으로 횡방향 연장이 가능한 것인 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직 웹 (20)이 비연장성 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 밀도 0.900-0.935 g/㎤의 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 90 중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유하는 프로필렌-알파 올레핀 공중합체, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직 웹 (20)이 연장성 폴리올레핀, 밀도 0.900 g/㎤ 미만의 에틸렌-알파 올레핀 공중합체, 10 중량% 이상의 알파-올레핀 공단량체를 함유하는 프로필렌-알파 올레핀 공중합체, 헤테로상 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 아택틱 및 이소택틱 프로필렌기 둘 다를 함유하는 프로필렌 중합체, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택된 연장성 중합체를 포함하는 라미네이트.

- 제1항에 있어서, 부직 웹 (20)이 에어 레이드 웹을 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직 웹 (20)이 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 (100)이 통기성 필름을 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 필름 (100)이 통기성 연장성 중합체를 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 필름 (100)이 무기 입상 충전제 (116)와 연장성 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 1,200 g/㎡-24시간 이상의 수증기 투과율을 갖는 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 2,000 g/㎡-24시간 이상의 수증기 투과율을 갖는 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 결합, 접착제 결합, 및 초음파 결합 중 하나 이상에 의해 필름 (100)과 부직 웹 (20)이 함께 결합되는 것인 라미네이트.

- 제19항에 있어서, 연장된 부직 웹 (20)과 필름 (100)의 라미네이트 (32)가 라미네이션 후 더 연장되어 종방향 (16)으로 신장되고 횡방향 (18)으로 좁아져 필름에 주름 (80)을 형성하고 각 주름 (80)은 종방향 (16)으로 연장되는 것인 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라미네이트 (32)를 포함하는 개인 위생용 흡수 용품.
