Claims (3)
- 초음파신호와 전기신호를 상호 변환하는 트랜스듀서와 상기 트랜스듀서를 이동시키기 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 모터를 포함하는 초음파 프루브에서 상기 트랜스듀서의 이동을 가이드하기 장치로서,상기 트랜스듀서의 양단과 소정 간격을 두고 대향하여 설치되는 한 쌍의 가이드 레일과;상기 트랜스듀서의 양단에 각각 대향하는 상기 가이드 레일의 측면에 길이방향으로 형성되고, 측벽과 하벽을 가지는 가이드홈과;상기 트랜스듀서의 양단에 설치되고, 상기 가이드홈 내에 수용되어 상기 가이드홈의 하벽에 접촉하여 구름운동하는 베어링과;상기 트랜스듀서의 양단과 상기 가이드 레일 사이의 간격을 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프루브의 트랜스듀서 이동 가이드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 상기 트랜스듀서의 양단에 설치되고 상기 가이드홈 내에 수용되는 제1 영구자석과, 상기 가이드홈의 측벽을 따라 상기 제1 영구자석과 대향하며 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 제2 영구자석을 포함하고,상기 제1 영구자석과 상기 제2 영구자석이 상호 동일 극성이 마주보도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프루브의 트랜스듀서 이동 가이드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 상기 트랜스듀서의 양단에 설치되고 상기 가이드홈 내에 수용되어 상기 가이드홈의 측벽에 접촉하여 구름운동하는 보조 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프루브의 트랜스듀서 이동 가이드장치.
