Claims (21)
- (i) 직물 또는 부직 재료를 포함하는 지지체층,(ii) 상기 지지체에 부착된 수증기 조절층,(iii) 약 30 내지 약 90 중량%의 에틸렌 공단량체 단위 및 약 10 내지 약 70 중량%의 비닐 아세테이트 공단량체 단위를 포함하는 1종 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 타이층, 및(iv) 층 중의 중합체 전체 중량을 기준하여 50 중량% 이상의 양으로 1종 이상의 코폴리에테르에스테르를 포함하는 층을 포함하는 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수증기 조절층이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 또는 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 둘 모두를 주 반복 단위로 포함하는 이들의 공중합체를 포함하는 것인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수증기 조절층이 필름인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수증기 조절층의 두께가 1 내지 5 ㎛인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에테르에스테르를 포함하는 층의 두께가 약 12 내지 약 30 ㎛이고, 타이층의 두께가 약 1 내지 5 ㎛인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부직 재료가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르 또는 이들의 블렌드를 포함하는 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제6항에 있어서, ISO 2411에 따라 측정하였을 때 지지체층과 필름층 사이의 결합 강도가 1 N/m 이상인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 타이층이 에틸렌 공단량체 단위 67 내지 77 중량% 및 비닐 아세테이트 공단량체 단위 23 내지 33 중량%를 포함하는 1종 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리에테르에스테르를 포함하는 층이 그 층의 중합체 중량을 기준하여 90 중량% 이상의 코폴리에테르에스테르를 함유하는 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, MVTRCAS가 코폴리에테르에스테르 함유층 및 타이층으로부터 지지체층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR이고 MVTRSAC가 지지체층으로부터 타이층 및 코폴리 에테르에스테르 함유층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR일 때 MVTRCAS > MVTRSAC인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, MVTRCAS/MVTRSAC 비가 약 1.5 이상인 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서,(v) 접착제 또는 프라이머, 및(vi) 폴리올레핀을 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 제2 지지체층을 추가로 포함하는 라미네이트 구조물.
- 지지체층을 형성하거나 또는 제공하는 단계,상기 지지체의 표면 상에 수증기 조절층을 제공하는 단계,상기 지지체로부터 먼 쪽의 상기 수증기 조절층 표면 상에 타이층 및 코폴리에테르에스테르 함유층을 제공하는 단계 및타이층으로부터 먼 쪽의 상기 코폴리에테르에스테르 함유층 표면 상에 가박성 박리층을 추가로 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 기재의 라미네이트 구조물의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트의 냉각에 뒤이은 온라인 공정에서, 또는 라미네이트 운송 후의 나중 단계에서 박리층을 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 수증기 조절층, 타이층, 코폴리에테르에스테르 함유층, 및 가박성 박리층이 하나의 다층 필름으로서 함께 공압출되는 압출 코팅 방법인 방법.
- (a) MVTRCAS가 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층으로부터 지지체층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR이고 MVTRSAC가 지지체층으로부터 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR일 때 MVTRCAS > MVTRSAC인, 지지체층 및 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층을 포함하는 제1 라미네이트 구조물,(b) 단열재층, 및(c) MVTRCAS가 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층으로부터 지지체층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR이고 MVTRSAC가 지지체층으로부터 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층으로 향하는 방향의 MVTR일 때 MVTRCAS > MVTRSAC인, 지지체층 및 투습성 막 층을 포함하는 제2 라미네이트 구조물을 포함하고, 제1 라미네이트 구조물의 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층이 단열재층의 한쪽 면과 접촉하고 있고, 제2 라미네이트 구조물의 투습성 막 층이 단열재층의 반대쪽 면과 접촉하고 있는 단열 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1 라미네이트 구조물 및 제2 라미네이트 구조물의 지지체층이 각각 폴리올레핀을 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 직물 또는 부직 재료인 단열 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 단열층 재료가 유리 섬유, 압출되거나 또는 팽창된 폴리스티렌, 미네랄 울, 셀룰로스 섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 단열 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1 라미네이트 구조물의 실질적으로 액체 불투과성인 투습성 막 층 및 제2 라미네이트의 투습성 막 층이 각각 블록 코폴리에테르 에스테르, 블록 코폴리에테르 아미드, 코폴리에테르 이미드 에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 및 폴리비닐 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합체를 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 것인 단열 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제2 라미네이트 구조물이 지지체층과 투습성 막 층 사이에 위치하는 수증기 조절층을 포함하는 단열 시스템.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 조절층 중의 중합체가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 둘 모두를 주 반복 단위로 포함하는 이들의 공중합체를 포함하는 단열 시스템.
