Claims (4)
- 중량평균 분자량이 12,000이하이고, 분자량 분포가 2.5이하이며, 유리전이온도가 90∼120℃인 알칼리 수용성 수지와, 유리전이온도가 -30∼0℃인 수지보강 에멀젼수지와 유리전이온도가 90∼120℃인 수지보강 에멀젼수지를 고형분 중량기준으로 1 : 0.1∼0.4로 혼합한 수지보강 에멀젼수지가 고형분 중량기준으로 1 : 1∼2의 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 종이 코팅용 수성코팅제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성코팅제 조성물은 폴리에틸렌 왁스에멀젼 또는 파라핀 왁스에멀젼을 단독 또는 혼합하여, 상기 수용성 코팅제 100중량부에 대해 0.5∼4phr을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지보강 에멀젼수지는 스티렌, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 메틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이크, 에틸아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트 또는 부틸메타아크릴레이트의 단독중합체 또는 이들의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성코팅제를 종이 위에 균일하게 도포하여 건조한 후 일정 압력하에서 70∼90℃의 온도의 칼렌다를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
