Claims (6)
- 선체의 일측에 고정 설치되는 원통형의 좌대와;상기 좌대의 상측에 회동 가능하게 구비되는 회전체인 본체와;상기 본체의 일측에 상,하 방향으로 회동되게 연결되고 일단이 선택적으로 굴절되는 길이재의 붐조립체와;상기 붐조립체를 지지하면서 일체로 굴절 연동되는 것으로 다수의 관절링크로 조합되고 실린더에 의해 선택적으로 굴절되는 지지조립체와;상기 붐조립체를 따라 배치되며 붐조립체와 일체로 연동되게 회전관절을 구비하고 끝단은 선택적으로 이송대상 탱크에 접속되는 이송관 및 반송관과;상기 본체의 상측에 브라켓트를 통해 회전 가능하게 지지되면서 일단이 붐조립체와 힌지 연결되어 균형을 유지하는 밸런스 웨이트와;상기 본체의 내부에 구비되는 것으로 직경이 다른 두 개의 관이 동심상으로 배치되면서 하부는 고정되어 가스저장 탱크와 연결되고, 상부는 회전 가능하게 구비되면서 분기되어 이송관 및 반송관이 각각 연결되는 회전 분기수단;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 붐조립체는,상기 회전체에 일단이 회동 가능하게 연결되는 길이재의 메인붐과;상기 메인붐의 타단에 힌지 연결되는 서브붐;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 분기수단은,소경의 제1관과 대경의 제2관이 동심으로 배치되며 그 일단이 가스저장 탱크와 관으로 연결되는 이중고정 동심관과;상기 이중고정 동심관의 상부에 축회전 가능하게 베어링 결합되며 제1,2관과 동일직경으로 연결되는 제3,4관으로 구비되는 이중회전 동심관과;상기 이중회전 동심관의 상부에 일체로 결합되는 것으로 제3,4관과 동심상으로 연결되는 제5,6관을 구비하며, 소경의 제5관 일단은 대경의 제6관의 일단을 통해 외부로 연장되어 분기되는 이중 분기관;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이송관과 반송관은,일정간격을 두고 신축 가능한 신축관부가 연결 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 지지조립체는,상기 메인붐과 평행하게 이격 배치되는 메인 지지체 및 서브붐을 따라 배치되는 서브 지지체를 포함하며,상기 메인 지지체는 일단이 본체에 고정되는 브라켓트에 관절링크로 연결되고 타단은 선택적으로 신축 가능하게 슬라이딩 결합되는 로드가 구비되며,이 로드의 끝단은 서브 지지체와 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,서브붐은 2개 이상 연결되며, 상기 이송관과 반송관은 상기 서브붐과 일체가 되고 각각이 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 이송장치.
